r	ren ran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インストールの腕以前に接客する気があるのか不思議でした。 2年位前に来店した時と全く同じ対応で驚きました。あの時はたまたまかと思いましたが、全く変わって無いようで残念でした。デモカーの試聴を出来るか訪ねると、代車として貸したとの返答がありました。その後10分近く店内には、お店の方と私と２人だけで、ずっと無言… 私がお店の方なら、 ○日にデモカーが戻って来ますので又来て下さいね。こういうお店のデモカーって聞いた事ありますか？今、ご自身の車はオーディオ関係で何かカスタムされてますか？良かったら私の自家用車でも良いなら聴いてみますか？何でも話の切り口はあると思いますけど… 仕事柄色んな地域に行くので沢山のオーディオ屋さんに立ち寄った事があります。職人気質な方も多い業界だとも分かりますが、対お客さんの商売で色んな事を考慮して車を仕上げて行く必要があるのでお客さんとのコミュニケーションも大切だと私は思います。ここまでの店は初めてです。ふらっと寄った遠方のオーディオ屋で、つい話し込んで是非とも頼んでみたくなり親の車のインストール一式をお願いした事もあります。何処に何がきっかけでお客さんになるかは分かりません。安城のマイスターさんが良かっただけに、一宮との落差にただ驚きました。他の口コミが良かったから行ってみたのに残念です。胡散臭い位に愛想良くして欲しいとは思いませんが、もうちょっと何とかならないの？？と思ってしまうのは私だけではない無いと思います。大事なお客さんを逃がさない為にも、この業界の評判を落とさない為にも頑張って欲しいものです。 I wondered if I would like to serve customers before the installation skills. y	yan katu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先の投稿者さんと全く同じ対応を受けました。オーディオインストールの方向性と予算を伝えて、「それならこういった組み合わせで～」とか「どういう音楽を聴かれますか～？」とかの会話が始まるかと思いきや、まず苦笑い。そして無言。。。「そんな予算じゃオーディオなんてできねーよ」と思われたようで。ちなみに予算は30万。何も話が進まないのですべてこちらが会話を誘導してDSPは、ウーファーは、他のメーカーはないのか、カタログ見せて、スペックは… 自分でネットで調べるのと同じことをやってるのに気付いた。こちらが話題を振らないと隙あらば無言。無言。。。知識はあるのかもしれませんが、自分からはアドバイスしてくれません。PCのようでした。他のお店ではきっちり予算内で収まる組み合わせや、既存のパーツをうまく流用しDIYと組み合わせて、少しでも安くパフォーマンスを上げるような具体的な方法を提案してもらったり、デモカーが無い状態でパーツの試聴を頼んでも、代車を回してその場で組み替えてもらったり…あれはいいお店だったんですね。(ちなみに息子さんの名前=お店の名前にしてるお店です。) マイスターでは最終的に倍の予算のものを提示されました。このお店の「エントリー」は50万円かららしいです。 100万200万出せる人には対応が違うんじゃないですかね。殿様商売、まさにマイスターでした。 I received exactly the same response as the previous contributor.
