★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コアタイムを過ぎてしまったので通し営業のこちらに訪問しました。チェーン店は中休みが無い所が多くて良いですね。
今回は東秀セットを注文しました。チャーハン、半ラーメン、餃子6個のセットになります。
半ラーメンはしょうがを感じる醤油スープの中にわずかに縮れた細麺。具はネギ、ホウレンソウ、メンマ、チャーシューです。スープはぬるめ。塩加減はほどほどでスープとしてちょうど良いです。
餃子は餡が多めで良い感じです。そのままでも良さそうですが少し物足りないのでお酢で食べました。醤油を使うか迷うくらいです。温かさはありません。
チャーハンは具が玉子、かまぼこ、チャーシュー、ネギ。パラパラタイプです。チャーハンとレンゲの形の相性が悪く、ご飯がレンゲの中にたまりがちです。
今回味には不満は無かったのですが、食べ進めたび重く感じました。食欲の問題も考えましたが、料理がすべてぬるかったので油が重くなったのでは無いかと思っています。次は熱々で食べたいですね。

This time I ordered the Toshu set. It is a set of 6 fried rice, half ramen and dumplings.
Half ramen is a thin noodle that is slightly crispy in a soy sauce soup that feels ginger. The ingredients are green onion, spinach, menma, and char siu. The soup is lukewarm. The saltiness is moderate and it is just right as a soup.
Dumplings have a lot of bean paste and feel good. It looks good as it is, but it's a little unsatisfactory, so I ate it with vinegar. I'm wondering if I should use soy sauce. There is no warmth.
The ingredients for fried rice are eggs, kamaboko, char siu, and green onions. It is a para para type. The shape of fried rice and astragalus is not compatible, and rice tends to accumulate in the astragalus.
I was not dissatisfied with the taste this time, but I felt heavy every time I ate. I thought about the problem of appetite, but I think that the oil became heavy because all the dishes were lukewarm. Next time I want to eat hot.

ナスと豚肉と辛味噌チャーハン（とホイコール単品）を注文。
しかし来たチャーンを見ると肉は全く見当たらず。
（画像はチャーハンの最初の一口を食べた後に違和感を感じたので撮ったものです）
レシートと操作端末では「ナスと辛味噌チャーハン」と記載されているが、端末から選択する部分では間違いなく「豚肉」の記載。（2枚目右下）
これは、私は頼んでもいないものを持って来させられた上に料金ま請求されたという事と同じです。
更にレシートでは言い訳が出来るためかのような記載。
これは明らかな優良誤認表示と言えます。
その場で言えば良いと思う方もいらっしゃるかとは思いますが、全ての方がその場で言えるとは限らない事もご承知頂けたらと思います。
そしてそんな人間は我慢しなければならならないのでしょうか。
そんな理由はどこにもありません。
本社にも当然クレームを入れさせて頂きます。
これが1/10,000の確率だったとしてもそに当たった人にはそれが「1」なのです。
また、リピート客を集めるために現在必ず割引券を配布している様ですが以前「何度か」頂いていない事があります。
こちらは従業員の教育徹底不足なので今回の件とは関係ありませんがサービスのレベルが低過ぎて代金を支払う価値を感じません。
ここでなければならない理由は何一つ無いのでは私はもう二度と行く事はありません。
正直☆はゼロどころかマイナスですが１以上で無ければ投稿出来ない仕様なので「仕方なく」１とさせて頂きました。

I ordered eggplant, pork and spicy miso fried rice (and Hoikol separately).

The receipt and the operation terminal say "eggplant and spicy miso fried rice", but the part selected from the terminal definitely says "pork". (Lower right of the second sheet)
This is the same as I was forced to bring something I didn't ask for and was charged.
Furthermore, it is described as if it is possible to make excuses on the receipt.
This is an obvious good misconception.
I'm sure there are people who think it's okay to say it on the spot, but I hope you understand that not all people can say it on the spot.
And does such a person have to put up with it?
There is no reason for that.
Of course, we will also make a complaint at the head office.
Even if this is a 1 / 10,000 chance, it is a "1" for those who hit it.
Also, it seems that discount coupons are always distributed to attract repeat customers, but I have not received them "several times" before.
This is not related to this case because the education of employees is insufficient, but the level of service is too low and I do not feel the value of paying the price.
I will never go again if there is no reason to be here.

定期的によく行くお店、中華料理の「れんげ食堂」
昼間にちょい飲みや、サクッと食事するのに良く利用します。
店内は綺麗で清潔感があります。
衛生面もしっかりしていてパネルも設置しているので安心して食事ができる環境です。
生ビールと枝豆で税込413円、とにかくコスパがいい良い。
ファミリーの方には嬉しい価格帯と思います。
駅からも近いので、新丸子周辺の方にはおすすめのお店です。
