10年ぶりに5月の最高気温が16℃を下回った肌寒い日で、職場からは少し歩く距離でしたが、日頃お世話になっている職場の女性陣とランチ会ということで、女性陣にもウケが良さそうなこちらのお洒落な中華に招待しました。初めて伺うのでGoogleマップを見ながら向かいましたが、目立つような看板等は無く、目の前に来て、ようやくお店を発見。黒基調の佇まいにウッドの入り口、一見すると中華料理店には見えません。期待が高鳴ります。お店に入ると、カウンター数席とテーブル席が数席見えます。事前に4人で予約していたことを告げると、その席ではなく、お店の一番奥にある個室に案内して頂きました。予約の時には特に何も告げていませんでしたが、女性陣を招待していることもあり、これはありがたかった!個室も黒を基調にしたモダンな作りで、お洒落な雰囲気。部屋にはジャズが流れていて、テーブルには黒と茶の格子のクロスとワイングラス。ますます中華料理店とは思えません。お店の女性の方からグラスにお水を注いでもらい、この日のランチメニューの紹介を受けます。ランチは1500円と3500円のコースがあり、この日は1500円のコースに。前菜は蒸し鶏のサラダ、スープがザーサイのスープ、メインは長崎県産イサキの辛子炒めで、これにご飯(お代わり可)と杏仁豆腐、コーヒーが付きます。プラス300円でご飯を炒飯に出来るとのことでしたが、この日はご飯のままで。しばし歓談してると、前菜到着。透明の平皿が綺麗でヤッパリ中華には見えません。(笑)シーザー風味のドレッシングが美味しく、鶏はとても柔らかくジューシーです。とっても美味しいですね。食べ終わった頃を見計らってお皿を下げてもらいます。この辺のタイミングは素晴らしかったです。続いてスープ到着。中華っぽい(笑)白いスープポッドに琥珀色のスープがウマそうです。スープは熱々で、ザーサイと様々なスパイスの風味で味わい深い美味しさです。ポッドの形で保温力がいいのか、スープは最後まで熱々でした。そして、いよいよメインディッシュ登場。イサキを揚げてからキャベツ、玉ねぎと炒めてあります。辛子と山椒が効いていてピリッとした豆板醤ベース?の味付けが食欲を掻き立てて、ご飯が進みます。当然、お代わりを頂き(女性陣も1人お代わりしてました)、揚げてあるので外はカリッと、中はフワフワのイサキを堪能しました。最後は、これまた中華っぽくない細長いガラスの容器に入った、甘さ控えめの杏仁豆腐を頂き、コーヒーで締めました。コーヒーも香り良く、かなり本格的。これで1500円ならかなりリーズナブルです。会計の時に厨房を見ると、厨房にはご主人らしき方が一人。素晴らしい仕事ですね。職場からは少し離れていますが、また伺いたいですね。帰りはお店の目の前にある京濱伏見稲荷神社に寄ることをお勧めします。この神社は一見の価値ありです。ごちそうさまでした。

Since I visited for the first time, I headed for it while looking at Google Maps, but there were no noticeable signs, etc., and I finally came to the store and found a store. At the entrance of wood, it looks like a Chinese restaurant at first glance. I have high expectations. When you enter the store, you can see a few seats at the counter and a few seats at the table. When I told that I had booked with 4 people in advance, I was guided to the private room at the back of the store instead of that seat. I didn't say anything at the time of booking, but I was very grateful for the fact that I was also inviting female staff! The private rooms are also modern based on black, creating a fashionable atmosphere. There is jazz in the room, and there are black and brown latticed cloths and wine glasses on the table. I can't think of it as a Chinese restaurant anymore. A woman in the shop will pour water into the glass and you will be introduced to the lunch menu of the day. There are 1500 yen and 3500 yen courses for lunch, and on this day it is a 1500 yen course. The appetizer is steamed chicken salad, the soup is zasai soup, and the main dish is Nagasaki Prefecture's saki spicy fried with rice (replaceable), almond tofu, and coffee. It was said that you can make fried rice for 300 yen more, but on this day it will be rice as it is. After chatting for a while, the appetizer arrived. The transparent flat plate is beautiful and doesn't look like Chinese food. (Laughs) Caesar-flavored dressing is delicious and chicken is very soft and juicy. It's very delicious. I will have you lower the plate when you finish eating. The timing around here was great. Then soup arrived. It looks like Chinese (lol) white soup pod with amber soup. The soup is hot and tastes delicious with the flavor of zasai and various spices. The soup was hot until the end, whether the heat retention was good in the form of a pod. And finally, the main dish appears. It's fried with sausage, fried with cabbage and onions. Pepper and soy sauce base with spicy pepper and peppercorns? The seasoning stimulates the appetite, and the rice proceeds. Naturally, I had a replacement (I also replaced one woman), and I enjoyed the crispy outside and the fluffy grunt inside because it was fried. At the end, I had a little sweetness of apricot tofu in a long, narrow glass container that was not Chinese, and stuffed with coffee. The coffee is fragrant and quite authentic. With this, 1500 yen is reasonably priced. Looking at the kitchen at the time of accounting, there is only one person who seems to be the master in the kitchen. That's a great job. I'm a bit far from my workplace, but I would like to ask you again. We recommend returning to the Kyohama Fushimi Inari Shrine in front of the store. This shrine is worth a visit. Go Toでお邪魔しました。従って記憶は多少うろ覚えです。 エビチリ、他とは一線を画す出来栄えでした。 問題は〆の赤牛‥決して不味くないんですが、どのコースでも此れが最後に出て来るようです。厭きそうなんで、再訪していません。 味も値段も間違い無く街中の中華では収まりません。

武蔵小杉の駅から少し離れていますが、落ち着いたお店でゆっくり食事できます。コース料理も凝っていて美味しいですね。

新丸子の「UCHIDA TEI(ウチダ テイ)」で休日ランチをしてきました。 16席(カウンター3席・テーブル9席・個室4席)の小さなお店で、小さい子供がいる場合は個室でないと入れないので予約必須です。 メニューはコースのみ。 ■1,650円コース(平日のみ):前菜・スープ・メイン・御飯・デザート(+300円で炒飯に変更) ■3,850円コース:フカヒレスープを含む8~10品 ■7,480円コース:フカヒレの姿煮を含む8~10品 この日は3,850円のコースをお願いしました。 何度目かの利用ですが、モダンチャイニーズの創作中華なので今回もコースを楽しめました。 ●大分県産石鯛のピータンソース ●清流鶏の山椒ソース ●フカヒレスープ ●アイナメの炒め物 ●ヒラメとアサリの蒸し物 ●ブリの豆板醤炒め ●松阪ポークの酢豚 ●黒胡椒の炒飯 ●杏仁豆腐 ●コーヒー お料理が斬新でおいしいのはもちろん、器や盛り付けもきれいなので目でも楽しめます。 辛すぎるものはなかったので子供たちも取り分けで一緒にいただきました。 品数が豊富で女性には量が多めなので、私は子供たちに分けてちょうどよかったです。 本格中華というよりはフレンチも入ったお洒落中華なので本場を求めている方には物足りないかもしれませんが、武蔵小杉エリアの中では指折りのお店です。 お料理の内容を考えるとコスパもいいので、またリピートしたいです。
