【普通】の辛さにしました。
餡がトロトロで、意外に豆腐以外の具材がたくさん入ってました。
辛味の中に、旨味のある甘さが感じられ、ハマります。
これは旨い❗️
 I had Mapo tofu for lunch menu.
I made it [normal] spicy.
The bean paste was toro, and surprisingly it contained a lot of ingredients other than tofu.
You can feel the umami sweetness in the spicy taste, and you will be addicted to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても美味しくてお気に入りです。小さいお店なのでご飯時は列ができますが、回転は速いのでそこまで待ちません。夫は毎回四川風麻婆豆腐と餃子を頼みます。私は毎回違うメニューを頼みますがどれもボリュームがあり美味しいです。
It's very delicious and I like it. It's a small shop, so you can line up for dinner, but the rotation is so fast that you can't wait that long. My husband always asks for Sichuan Mapo tofu and dumplings. I ask for different menus every time, but they are all voluminous and delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の昼、開店時間に伺い、川崎ブラックを頂きました。
結構胡椒効いてますね。
汁自体はそのままレンゲで啜るぶんには、見た目ほど濃くはないですが、麺は細縮れなので汁の持ち上げがよく、結構味濃く感じます。
他のメニューも食べてみたいですね。
--追記
別の日、土曜日の昼、開店時間に伺ったら、既に満席で外待ち10分。
胡椒湯麵とタンメンを頂きました。
胡椒湯麵は、最初こそ胡椒の刺激が来ますが、食べ進むと、トロみのある汁に隠れて、なんともいい感じの味になりますね。
タンメンは、具材の野菜・ブタのエキスが染み出た汁がなんとも美味しい。

The soup itself is not as thick as it looks, but the noodles are crispy so the soup can be lifted well and the taste is quite strong.
I would like to try other menus as well.

Another day, Saturday noon, when I visited the store at the opening time, it was already full and waiting outside for 10 minutes.
I had pepper hot water and tanmen.
At first, the pepper stimulus comes to the pepper hot water, but as you continue to eat it, it hides in the soup with a fatty tuna, and it tastes really good.
Tanmen is delicious with the juice exuded from the vegetable and pig extracts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜の19時に入店して四川麻婆丼と餃子を食べました。麻婆豆腐はちょうどいい辛さで唇がヒリヒリしています、餃子は野菜多めで程よくにんにくの味して美味しかったです。
女性の店員さんが明るい方で非常に心地の良い接客をしていただきました。常連さんも多いようでふらっと店に入ってきては明日の〇〇時ね、と予約していき、また別の方とはご家族のお話を楽しそうにしていました。その際接客が疎かになっている事はなく常に全客に気を配っていて、水が少なくなるとすぐに気づいて注いでくれました。店内は終始明るい空気が流れていてそれでいてにぎやか過ぎないところがとてもよかったです。
注意点なのですが、町中華特有の量の多さがあり麻婆丼は後半助けてくれ、と思いながら食べていました。一人で入りましたがとても居心地が良い空間でした、美味しかったです。

At that time, the customer service was not neglected, and he always paid attention to all the customers, and as soon as the water became low, he noticed and poured it. It was very nice that the inside of the store had bright air flowing from beginning to end, yet it was not too lively.
It's important to note that there is a large amount peculiar to Chinese food in the town, so I ate while thinking that Mapo-don would help me in the second half. I entered by myself, but it was a very cozy space and it was delicious.

ランチで立ち寄りました。
当日は「麻婆豆腐ランチ850円」を頂きました。
(辛さは普通か辛いか選べます)との事だったので(辛い)を選びました。瓶ビール(中)550円を飲みながら待つと比較的早く提供されました。辛さは確かに辛いですけど激辛ではなく、旨さと辛さが丁度良いです。少し油が多いかな？とも思いましたが、ビールにもご飯にも良くあって美味しかった。途中ご飯をおかわりしましたがお会計は1400円…ご飯おかわりは無料みたいです。
店内はランチどきという事もあって常に混み合ってました。満席とはいかないにしても地元の方々に人気なのがわかります。
お客さんのオーダーは麺類を注文される方が多かったので、次回はラーメンを食べながらビールを飲みたいと思います。

I also thought, but it was delicious because it went well with beer and rice. I changed the rice on the way, but the bill is 1400 yen ... It seems that the rice is free.
The inside of the store was always crowded because it was like lunch. You can see that it is popular with the locals, if not full.
Most of the customers ordered noodles, so next time I would like to drink beer while eating ramen.

今回は萬福ヤキソバ
片面をパリッと焼き上げた上に具入りの餡が入っていて更にそれを玉子でとじてあります。
アツアツボリューミーでおススメです。
胡椒湯麺
アツアツの餡掛け湯麺に白胡椒と黒胡椒がこれでもかと入っている。
この組み合わせはめちゃくちゃ身体が温まるので胡椒好きの人にはおススメです。
麻婆豆腐
麻婆豆腐は普通と辛口（四川麻婆）と選べます。
四川麻婆豆腐を頼みましたが今まで食べた四川麻婆の中で自分的には一番美味しかったです。
辛さの中に旨味を感じられてとても美味しい逸品でした。
これはクセになります。

ここをここの四川麻婆豆腐はホント自分的にお気に入りです。
