★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワタミフードサービスが運営する中華料理レストランですが、東京大崎とこちらの2店舗だけのお店となるのでチェーン店のイメージは薄いです。
ファミレス的な位置付けなのかと思いきや、意外と内外観にもしっかりしていました。
気軽に本格的な中華料理を楽しめる中華ビストロで、広々とした店内、カジュアルでお洒落な空間、チャイナ服を着た店員さんなど、雰囲気はとても良いですね。
看板商品は麻婆豆腐とよだれ鶏で、麻婆豆腐は辛みは強くないものの、山椒がしっかり効いていて、旨辛な味わいでした。

The signboard product is Mapo tofu and drool chicken. Mapo tofu is not spicy, but the pepper is effective and it tastes spicy.

ランチは900円から2000円までで単品とセットがある。
この日は石焼麻婆豆腐セットを注文。
紫キャベツが中心の少し寂しいサラダに、しょっぱめの卵スープ、ライスがセット。麻婆豆腐は辛さと痺れ増しで注文。
うーん、悪くないんだけどもう一つ突き抜けたものがほしいです。麻婆豆腐はレシピ化して誰が作っても同じ味を作りやすいメニューですから陳麻婆豆腐みたいな味を再現できると思うのですが…
店員さんはさすが従業員教育の行き届いたワタミだけあって好印象でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 株主優待を活用するために来店。開店当初はメニューも豊富で味も良かった。プチ贅沢で定期的に利用していたが最近は今一つ。経営方針が変わったのか、配膳の気配り、料理の盛の雑さ、、、。なんかこうちょっとした工夫のなさが味に影響して、最近は足が遠くなってきている。せめてビールくらいすぐに出して欲しい。ただ、テーブルの配置は理想的で落ち着くので、選択肢の一つとして残ってほしい。渡邉社長お願いします。

高評価の人はサクラじゃないかと疑ってしまう。とりあえず庶民向けのお店では無い。
○青椒肉絲スモールサイズ800円
直径15センチくらいのお皿に手のひらサイズの量、出来立て感はなくぬるい。
○餃子5個450円
大判の皮くらいの大きさ、出来立て感はなくぬるい、肉汁は感じられない。
○ビール中ジョッキ500円
500mlは無いと思う。
1750円でとりあえず腹は満たしたかった。
大衆向け中華料理屋とかお隣さんの感覚で立ち寄った私が馬鹿でした。
