どの料理もハズレがない！
でも、『料理はこうあるべき』とか『お店はこうあるべき』みたいな人はいかない方が良いですよ。お店のお母さんはクセがあるのでそれも含めて楽しめる所です

But it's better not to have people like "the food should be like this" or "the store should be like this". The mother of the shop has a habit, so it is a place to enjoy including it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 刀削麺が好きなので、ときどき食べたくなったらここに行く。基本夜遅くのお店なので映画の帰りとかの深夜でも大丈夫。
刀削麺は麺がかなりダマになってることがあり、割と好き嫌い別れるかと。坦々刀削麺がお気に入り。中国黒酢をすこし垂らして食べるのが個人的オススメ。
I like sword-cut noodles, so if you want to eat from time to time, go here. Since it is a late-night shop, it's okay to go home late at night.
Sword-cut noodles can become quite lumpy, so you can hate them. Tandan Noodles are my favorite. It is my personal recommendation to eat Chinese black vinegar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 刀削麺好きなのですが、某口コミサイトでも感想が真っ二つに割れていたことが気になり来訪。結論は、う～ん、という感じ。
辛いものが好き、という方には良いのかもしれない。旨味はそこまで感じられなかった。800円＋100円でミニチャーシュー丼とお新香がついてくる。
店内に犬が歩いていたり、キレイ好きな人には無理なお店。
家庭的というか、ようはプロとしてどこかで修行を積んだわけではないということ。麺のバラつきかた凄かったし。
何より気になったのは、刀削麺を茹でてる大鍋で、紹興酒の熱燗を作ってる(容器を鍋の中にIN)こと。そこは食べ物を茹でる鍋と分けるでしょ普通。
あと、18時開店ですが、店のドアが開くのが18時であって、準備完了ではありません。開店直後に行くと刀削麺でも提供に30分かかります。
近くにいた再訪っぽい方は刀削麺以外のメニューを注文していたので、そっちは美味しいのかもしれません。
I like sword noodles, but I came to the shop because I was worried that the impression was split in two at a certain word-of-mouth site. The conclusion is that it's uh.
It may be good for those who like spicy food. I could not feel the umami so much. For 800 yen + 100 yen, mini char siu rice bowl and incense are included.
It is impossible for dogs walking in the shop or for people who like beauty.
Homely, I don't mean that I did some training as a professional. The way the noodles came out was amazing.
What I was most worried about was making a large pot of boiling sword-making noodles and making a hot pot of Shaoxing liquor (the container is in the pot IN). That's where the food is separated from the boiling pot.
Also, the store opens at 18:00, but the door of the store opens at 18:00 and it is not ready. If you go right after the store opens, it will take 30 minutes to serve even the sword noodles.
A revisited person in the neighborhood ordered a menu other than sword noodles, so that may be delicious.

スープは麻も辣も全く感じませんw
色の割には薄味ですね。
麺はモチモチでもツルツルでもありません。
ただ、幅は広めで丁度良い厚みでありっちゃアリ。
入っているゆで卵は何故か塩辛い感じでした。
行く機会有れば砂鍋麻辣刀削麺を食べて見たいですね。

坦々刀削麺と餃子と青島ビールを注文しました。刀削麺も餃子も美味しかったです。クチコミで刀削麺の汁について低評価なコメントがありましたが、食べた感想としては、美味しいけれど塩分控えめな感じでした。肉体労働で汗をかいた後では、味に物足りなさを感じるかも知れません。辛さについては全く感じませんでした。見た目は赤いので辛そうに見えますが、不思議と辛さは感じませんでした。麺は太さもほど良く、モチモチでした。
Visited the store for the first time in 5 years.
I ordered Tantan sword cutting noodles, dumplings and Qingdao beer. Both the sword-cut noodles and the dumplings were delicious. There was a low-rated comment about the soup of sword-cut noodles in the word-of-mouth communication, but the impression I ate was that it was delicious but the salt content was modest. After sweating with manual labor, you may find the taste unsatisfactory. I didn't feel the spiciness at all. It looks spicy because it looks red, but I didn't feel it spicy. The noodles were reasonably thick and chewy.
