★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ノスタルジー系などではなく、本物のノスタルジー。
ラーメンも炒飯も餃子も全て時が止まったような、子供の頃に食べた中華料理の味そのままである。ある年代以上の人ならば懐かしさに胸をかきむしり、下手をすれば落涙する可能性すらあるような味だ。
お世辞にも綺麗とは言い難い店内で、マスターは料理の手が空くと厨房の隅っこで煙草に火をつける。それを不快に感じるのは野暮というものだろう、昔の中華料理屋というのはそういうものだったし、何しろこの店の中は時が止まっているのだから。

Ramen, fried rice, and dumplings all have the same taste as the Chinese food I ate when I was a kid. It's a taste that people of a certain age or older can scratch their hearts with nostalgia, and even tears if they are not good at it.
In the store, which is hard to say flatteringly, the master ignites a cigarette in the corner of the kitchen when the cooking is free. It's probably Yabo that makes it uncomfortable, because that's what the old Chinese restaurant was, and after all, time has stopped inside this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武蔵小杉に来たらここですね。普通のラーメンが美味しいです。日替りのランチが天津丼で、久しぶりに食べるとこれも美味しいです。そしてチャーハンは作り置きの炒め直しなのにやたらに美味しいです。未だに灰皿が置かれていて昼間から呑んでいる人も居て、タワーマンションが建ち並び気取った街になる前の武蔵小杉の雰囲気が残るお店です。
If you come to Musashi Kosugi, it's here. Ordinary ramen is delicious. The daily lunch is Tianjin bowl, which is also delicious when eaten after a long time. And the fried rice is delicious even though it is re-fried. There are still ashtrays placed and some people drink from daytime, and it is a shop that retains the atmosphere of Musashi Kosugi before it became a pretentious town with tower apartments lined up.

大体何を食べても美味しいのですが、オススメは広東麺とチャーハン。
甘めに味付けされたあんかけが野菜や麺、更にはスープに溶け出し最後まで美味しく頂けます。
チャーハンも濃くなく丁度いい味付けで食が進みます。
今は都内に引っ越したけどたまに食べに行ってしまいます。
近くに住んでた時は週に多いと３回〜４回は伺っていました。
これからも長く続いて欲しい素敵な料理店です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 四半世紀程前、最寄り駅が武蔵小杉だったころに一度だけ入った事があった。その時は、正直あまり良い印象はなかった。まだ若かったし濃い味のラーメン専門店にまみれた食生活で、街中華の良さもわからず、見向きもしてなかった頃。
この日は、約25年ぶりに平日の昼12時半ごろ訪店。先客沢山、後客沢山。
日替わり(ラーメンと半豚玉丼)を頂きました。
ラーメンは、かなり科調効いてる感じですが、カタ目で頼んだせいか麺の歯ごたえもよく、ぜんぜんまとも味。
豚玉丼も、餡の味付けもく、なかなかイケる。
駅前立地もいいし、普段使いには申し分ないかなと。
About a quarter of a century ago, when the nearest station was Musashi Kosugi, I entered it only once. To be honest, I didn't have a very good impression at that time. When I was still young and had a strong eating habit covered in a ramen specialty store, I didn't understand the goodness of Chinese food in the city, and I didn't even look at it.
On this day, I visited the store around 12:30 pm on weekdays for the first time in about 25 years. A lot of first customers, a lot of second customers.
I had a daily change (ramen and half pork bowl).
The ramen seems to be quite effective, but the noodles are chewy and tasted at all, probably because I ordered them with a kata eye.
The pork bowl and the bean paste are also very cool.
The location in front of the station is good, and I think it's perfect for everyday use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日のお昼過ぎに訪問しました。先客は数名。すんなり入ることができました。席はパーテーションで仕切られていますが窮屈感はありませんでした。
Cセットのラーメン・半チャーハンを注文しました。ラーメンは醤油味のスープに縮れ麺、具はわかめ、メンマ、もやし、チャーシューとネギが入っています。シンプルですがこれが美味しく食べられます。チャーハンは手が空いたタイミングで作って置き、注文があれば炒め直しているようです。しっとりパラで味付けはちょうど良いくらいです。
