駅前ラーメン屋にありがちの黙っていてもお客の来るアグラかいた味ではなくしっかりとしたスープでした。チャーシューも無駄に味付けしていなくてスープの邪魔をしていません。麺は中太ちぢれ麺 新潟県内の製麺所だそうです。
