通	通りすがりの売国奴 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご夫婦で経営してる店。個人的には、ネジり鉢巻きで店員がお揃いのTシャツ来てるガラの悪い脱サラーメン屋よりも好き。メニューは価格が安くて良心的。背油は「普通」で頼むと少なすぎるので、「多目」で頼むと、みんなのイメージする新潟背油ラーメンになると思う(比較画像参照)。ただ、味はしっかりしてるので背油が少な目でも美味しく頂けます。 A store run by a couple.
