J	JOY JOY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 携帯電話のショップを何軒も行きましたが、TOP1の店員さんは説明がとても分かりやすく、全くスマホを使った事がない人、機械の苦手な人にも理解出来ると思います。後日でもわからない部分を聞きに行くと丁寧に教えてくれます！ I went to several cell phone shops, but the TOP1 clerk is very easy to understand, and I think it can be understood by those who have never used a smartphone or who are not good at machines. If you go to a part you don't understand at a later date, you will be taught carefully!
c	charube a on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機種変更に行きましたがEXITの大きい方みたいな男性スタッフの対応が最悪でした。だるそうに喋り、ペンを投げ置き、引き出しを音を立てて仕舞い。パスワード入力のときもカード情報入力の時も手元を見たままなので「見ないでください」と行ったら黙ってそっぽを向きました。普通初めから顔を逸らすし、申し訳ございませんくらい言えないものなんでしょうか？だんだん我慢が限界になり黙ったまま店を出ました。いろんな楽天モバイルのショップを利用したけどこんな人初めてです I went to change the model, but the response of the male staff like the one with the larger EXIT was the worst. R	Rahul Sable on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for this particular rakuten shop and not for other branches. Are you a foreigner in Japan looking for SIM cared. Dont go in this shop. They will just ignore you. If you ask for SIM card they will ask for visa and if you have visa for less than 2 years they will not give you SIM. So search nearby and ask for 1 years contract SIM if you have 1 years Visa.

There was a problem with my application online and in other stores for some reason, but the clerk (I forgot the name but his name starts with an “H” ?) helped me patiently resolve it until it was able to push through. He was pretty good at English as well! I was so relieved! One of the best customer service I have experienced in Japan. ? I wish all stores will have a clerk like him and it could be a great assistance for us foreigners in these kind of processes. ☺️
