ぴ	ぴんきぃ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機種変更で、何度か利用しましたが、毎回dカードゴールドを進められ、最後の最後まで窓口で理由きかれるので、結構労力使います。機種変更の店頭手続きも、スタッフが入れ替わる度に、正しく伝わってないので、“言った、言わない”になるのが嫌で、都度何度も同じ事を説明するのも疲る。根本的に店員によって返答や対応が違う事がイラつく要因。とは、いえ、一番最寄りなので利用していましたが、上記改善がみられず、機種の確保もできなかったので、在庫がある、少し遠方の他店を利用しています。 I used it several times due to a model change, but every time I can proceed with d Card Gold, I can ask the reason at the counter until the very end, so I use a lot of effort. Given the location, you can assume it’ll be busy, so making a reservation in advance is a good idea if at all possible. My Japanese is far from fluent, but the attendants were patient and willing to work through the language barrier. Ms. Kashiwabara in particular was willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had all of the information I needed, and overall was just an absolute godsend in the whole process.
