問い合わせの折り返しもない状態が何度も続き、結局キャリアショップまで足を運ばされました
小さい店で店員も少ないようで、今後の利用は控えます

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楽天モバイルの取扱があったので利用しました。店員さんが親切だったので★5。具体的には…それまで使用していたスマホにSIMカードだけ差し替えて継続利用したかったのですが、あいにく自分のスマホは楽天モバイルの指定する「動作保証端末」ではなかったのです。しかし店員さんが独自に調査してくださり、私の使用しているスマホ機種でも動作した実績があることを確認してくれました。保証はできないが動作実績はある、この状態で私は契約に踏み切りました。無事動作していますよ。
