ぐ	ぐらたん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらのお店に内覧の予約をさせていただいたSという者です。某賃貸サイトから気になった物件の内乱をお願いし、メールにて日時を決めたのですが当日こちらのお店に行くと他の物件の紹介だけされて内覧をさせて貰えませんでした。｢今日は物件の内覧はしないのか？｣と尋ねると｢内覧をして契約するまで考えているならします｣という旨の話をされ｢時間の無駄｣とも言われた。実際に部屋を見てみないと雰囲気も分からないと伝えると別日を指定され、追って前日までにメールをすると言われその日は帰された。後日、約束した日時・場所で担当の人が来るのを待っていたがこなかった。また、その日までにメールも来てない。この会社とのやり取りの中で何一つ約束が守れてない。正直ありえない。ここの店舗の評価が良いのも、サクラや都合の悪いレビューは消しているのだと思う(これは私の勝手な想像です) もう２度とKENTY不動産蒲田東口店とは連絡は取らないし、関わることも無いです。こちらのお店を利用しようとしている方は注意した方が良いです。 It is a person named S who made a reservation for viewing at this shop. K	Kosuke Sakai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内見時と契約時に2階来店しましたが、2階とも担当の方だけでなく、スタッフの方皆さん愛想よく挨拶してくださいました。物件について内見から契約までのタイミングでいろいろ質問をしましたが、その場で分からないことについても、一つ一つ確認をとって納得いく回答いただけました。一番好印象でしたのはメールの返信がとても早いことです。レスポンスの早さがこちらの不動産屋さんにお世話になろうと思った決め手です。(最初に問い合わせして5分で回答いただけたのは驚きました。同じ物件でいくつか不動産会社さんにまとめて問い合わせしてたのですが、当たり前ですが他の会社は普通に半日〜一日返信まで時間かかってました。)全体を通して親身に対応いただき、スケジュールもすべてこちらに合わせていただきましたましたので、不満などはありませんが、入居までのスケジュールがもう少し明確になっているとよりイメージしやすいかなと感じしました。また機会があればお世話になりたいです。 I visited the store on the 2nd floor at the time of preview and contract, but not only the person in charge but also the staff members greeted me amiably on both floors. It's usually not easy to get the apartment for a foreign couple with a dog, but we got it on the first try. Moved in a few weeks later with all of the formalities kept to a minimum. Definitely recommended :)
