W	Windowlite whencesmiles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の方々の態度や印象は良かったです。しかしながら、依頼していない手続きを瞬く間に進めてしまう。それを受諾しないと何十分も帰ることができない迷路に陥る。それは、こちらの便宜より店員側のポイント重視からなされているように思われました。 The attitude and impression of the clerk was good. However, the procedure that has not been requested is proceeded in a blink of an eye. If you don't accept it, you'll fall into a maze where you can't go home for tens of minutes. It seemed that it was done from the point-oriented side of the clerk rather than the convenience here.

I got a reservation with the introduction of a j: com sales representative and came to the store. M	Meilania Nugraheni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are not so friendly. Costumer went to AU to get solution but they just like “i dont know! We cannot help your problem. Solve urself!” So useless!! They have foreigner worker but its also useless coz she couldnot speak english! When i cancel my AU i said i will go back my country and will not use it anymore. Turned out i need to unlock my phone as well, so that i can use other sim card. But she recommended nothing!! She should have recomend it, coz its the prosedure but she said nothing. Now i cannot use my phone at all. Great! Thanks to you AU staff !
