d	dusty smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome hotel right next to the subway line! We've visited the spa both days we have been here and relaxed after a day off sightseeing. The rooms are small but nice and they have a free breakfast buffet.
L	Lin Johnny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good level of service overall, though the room is small even by Japan's standard. Limited food options nearby so best to have the meals before returning. Subway station is an intersection of 3 lines, but 2 of the lines quite a bit of walk away inside the station.
W	Waldemar Schatz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice Hotel right next to the subway. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast Buffet is not especially large but it is tasty. The Hot Spring is clean, relaxing and gives you a good opportunity to soak right before going to bed.
N	Nジエス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great price, great hotel, great location. great breakfast with natural hotspring. nothing I can complain. if you are leaving for kansai airport, walk out from the hotel, turn left, cross over the traffic light junction. after crossing the traffic light junction you will see an elevator on your left sort of inside a building. if you go from there, u dont have to carry your baggage up and down the stairs, u have elevators and escalators to use from there to JR Namba (OCAT). super convenient and fast.

You can get to transport and shopping easily but it will be noisier than some places. The rooms are your typical Japanese hotel small. With our two small suitcases taking up most of the standing room and the bad against two of the 4 walls there was barely enough room for us two to get around each other, but that is pretty typical. Mens hot sping on 3rd floor with showers and lockers. Womens on 4th with their own keypad for entrance. Washer and dryer on 3rd and 4th floor, only 200 yen for wash, free to dry with provided detergents. Water stations on each floor and vending machines on some floors. The first floor has a Lawsons so it is easy to get stuff. Service was good. Late 3pm check in so we gave our bags to the front desk and they were waiting in our room for us. In the morning fresh towels and news bedding hanging outside our door.
K	KM Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the clean room, though it is a little small compare to the BNB apartment. Service of the staff was food...always smiling and willing to help. Also like the location as it is just on the subway entrance(Homachi) and there is a Family Mart just at level 1. For those who like hot spring, there is one in the hotel.

As with any 3 star hotel in Osaka, the rooms are on the smaller size, as well as the beds and toilets, but this is manageable. The indoor onsen (public bath) is a great perk and will be good for your health (and skin)
S	Shirlynn Carreon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely loved this place! My first place I tried a bath house. Upon check in, they let you pick 5 free items to take. I should have picked 5 face masks. I was unsure of how it worked. But was also too embarrassed to ask... it's nice they give you a little hand out how to. You can stay as long as you want. But it gets really hot inside. It's pretty small in there. The showers were all taken. But everyone was courteous. Rinse yourself before going into the bath. They provide shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and lotion. There are lockers too! Wish I could have stayed longer.
