★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best hotel in Osaka to stay if your plan is to go out in dotonbori! Recommend staying on the cross floor! This is my go to spot and I've stayed multiple times!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great location right near Namba station, Dotonbori, the river area with the Glico Man, and Amerikamura with lots of great restaurants and bars is across the street. We stayed in a standard room (not the Cross floor) as we knew we wanted to explore Osaka’s nightlife and wouldn’t actually be at the hotel much. The room was nicely sized for a couple with a large, comfortable bed. The bathroom has the toilet and sink separated from the wet room with a shower and tub. The tub is huge! Grab a sheet mask at the Don Quijote across the street on your way back to the hotel and relax your sore muscles in a long hot bath after your day sightseeing. We’d totally stay here again if we revisit Osaka.

During covid the prices were extremely low! (8000 yen for 2 people in a king room)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location ( right in the center of everything) and good service but certain things could be improved. Hooks near door to hang coats / things /// a closet ( bigger would be nice ) with ample hangers // better ventilation so condensation doesn’t wet the window area and cloud the window . The breakfast is nice ( choice of western or Japanese ) but it gets old after 2 days. Simple improvements would make it a much better / more comfortable hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad: absolutely inedible breakfast. We stayed two nights. Both the western “French” and Japanese style were salty and meat/fish rubbery. Staff is great though. Hard to express in words just how consistently bad the food is.
Good: Big tub! Clean, comfortable bed - slept really well! Staff is professional.
