Room is modern and clean. bed is very comfortable. staff are extremely nice and as starting guest you have free coffee and tea all day long. the front lobby is very nice for your to rest and doing some work. overall best value for money

It is strategically located just 1 minute (literally) by foot beside Kitahama Station and it has a Family Mart just outside. Room space typical to Japan's standard size hotel rooms. They will give you a small bag upon check-in so you can take whatever you need for the rest of your stay in the hotel which includes, tea, coffee, bathing needs, even facial masks with different variety. Highly recommended.

Coffee, tea and is water available for guests anytime. The coffee was so delicious! The staff put out toiletries and face masks for guests daily. The rooms are very clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The gym was great. Pajamas, slippers and toothbrushes are provided to all guests. The area around the hotel is very clean and there are many shops within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay in Osaka thanks to the kind staff and great service here.
O	Olly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located right next to the station in Kitahama. If you are a tourist and want to enjoy both Osaka and Kyoto, this hotel is very suitable for you. It's very convenient to get to Kyoto by Keihan train, and in addition you can enjoy the food of Osaka. The Hotel is clean, bright. Free toiletries and essential items for women are provided. And of course you don't have to bring your own pyjamas. I'd love to use the free drinks and lounge, but I can't ignore the comfortable room. In your room you can access your Amazon Prime or Netflix through the monitor. To get to this hotel from Osaka Station, I recommend taking the bus from Osaka Station Bus Terminal to Kitahama. I would mark 4 stars but almost 5 stars. Highly recommended.
J	Joshua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotel experiences I've had. The rooms are very well cleaned and even include a signed checklist of items cleaned and who cleaned your room. In addition there is free amenities including face masks! All staying guests also get unlimited coffee and tea drinks at the bar. An incredibly enjoyable stay for those on a budget. Highly recommend if you are in Osaka.
