T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new hotel a bit out of the way in the financial district of Osaka so it is a pretty dead area on weekends and weeknights. The hotel is your standard Japanese OCD level clean but its more of a self-service type of hotel with the hotel staff providing very minimal assistance. Rooms are pretty standard size for Japan (aka small but serviceable), no comment on the breakfast buffet since we opted to eat out instead but it seemed decent.

Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Laundry room is a super bonus if you're traveling with kids or on longer trips. We highly recommend staying here.

There is a coin-operated laundry machine and vending machine. Though hotel provides self service breakfast and coffee/tea break, you can also walk to the few building which has cafe & restaurant that opens early. Truly convenient stay for the one on business trip :)...

I found myself in need of making some local phone calls to coordinate a wheelchair for my grandmother, and the staff was extremely helpful. They helped me communicate with a local (non-English speaking) company, and and coordinate payment, shipping, and logistics. I could not be more appreciative of their assistance, and willing to help me, not once, but twice. I would stay again if I found myself in Osaka!
L	Lincoln Yeung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although this hotel is located in a semi-busy district, it's pretty quiet at night. Subway train stations are within walking distance about 5-7 mins. Mini markets like Family Mart and 7-11 are very close by. Their all-you-can-eat breakfast is very delicious for 1300 yen. Their laundry only costs 500 yen and no detergent is required, the machine does the wash/dry job from the beginning to the end about 2 hrs. Rooms are rather small, but you get what you pay for. A couple of things I found it rather inconvenience is that they don't have money exchange machine available, and to communicate with them is rather difficult, they don't seem to understand English well enough (I don't know about other tourists, maybe it was just us having communicating issue)

We are very impressed with the hotel, from entrance to the lobby to our room... the design of the hotel is my cup of tea inside out.... the facilities are very well maintained and very clean throughout... the customer service is of course very high standard... the location is great.... We stayed in Hotel Keihan Yodoyabashi for 5 nights and it was so pleasant. We will come back for sure. Thank you for everything.
S	Sleep- Over-Everything on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is fine, but on the other hand, the cleaning staff stop working are 2 so if you wake up late or want a lie in you need to rush or your room wont be cleaned! The breakfast is above average, however the location is not the best and the rooms are WAY too small, you need to be very creative in order to open your suitcases. Would not reccomend.

Located in a quiete office area (my stay was on the weekend) but many shops and eating places are available around the hotel. Also close to that riverside in nakanoshima; enjoyed a slow morning walk before check-out and liked it a lot.
