The views of the city are incredible! Executive lounge was really nice with a good selection of food and drinks. Breakfast was great as well! I'm looking forward to staying there again!
C	CL L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best service I’ve EVER had. I think all the staff members greeted me by my name. Everyone was super friendly and helpful but especially Ryo (? I forgot his surname) at the lounge. He was so kind without making me feel burdened. No matter what, you’ll get a nice view so no worries about that. It was for my bday stay and they gave me a dessert as a treat. Originally they didn’t upgrade me, but when I asked for an upgrade to the corner room, the staff didn’t hesitate. I will 100% stay here again despite living in Osaka

From the modern rooms, to the incredible customer service, delicious breakfast, and amazing views, this hotel is hard to beat. If you're staying in Osaka, definitely consider staying here.

We went for a three night vacation and the front desk staff were insanely accommodating, even playing with our 3 year old during check-in so we could finish checking in. I have to give a shout out to Saeko Ishida. She was so kind to us and our daughter. She even came to see us in the Executive Lounge to give us maps and explain the attractions around the area and in Kyoto. Exceptional employee and kudos to the hiring manager who hired her. I love that the front desk staff spoke several languages and are even from different countries. A truly global family. The staff in the pool area were also super nice. One gentleman even took the time to talk to my husband and show him children friendly places to visit during our stay. The only issue we had was with the restaurant staff. Perhaps it's due to the language barrier (as we only spoke English to them) but it was a bit awkward explaining what we wanted and on several occasions they brought the wrong items. However, the food overall was delicious, especially in the teppanyaki restaurant. Chef Raul was super nice and chatted with us while we ate and even asked if we wanted items chopped smaller for our daughter. Even the housekeeping staff are exceptional! The housekeeper made little folded pouches with the small face towels for my daughter's toys (she had a couple stuffed animals and the housekeeper put them in the folded towels like they were being covered for bed), organized my toiletries, totally wiped down the tub and glass so there were no water spots, and on my husband's birthday, laid out "Happy Birthday" on the bed and made towel swans.

The room is very spacious. I love the bathroom and the tub. The toilet is too far though. Each room comes with complimentary sake. Get the breakfast option when booking and you won’t be disappointed. I would stay here again when I visit Osaka.

The spa is recommended for its individual care and terrific views. The KURA sushi restaurant was fresh and delicious. We spent quite some time in the 40 Sky lounge for the fantastic views and excellent service.
