C	Crystal Hoang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel. Inexpensive. Would stay here again. Staff speaks multiple languages. It was easy to check-in. Free chilled bottle waters located in the lobby for your taking. Rooms are standard Japanese size. Bathrooms are clean and water pressure is great. Your room includes a safe box, a small refrigerator, and a water boiler. Hotel has a rooftop bar on the 14th floor and an Onsen on the 13th floor for males and females with pin code access. Hotel guests only. No private onsen. There are also easy to use laundry machines on floors 8 and 13. 500 yen to wash and dry, 300 yen to wash only. Machines only accept 100yen coins (change can be made at the front desk) and already include detergent. There is also currency exchange on 1st floor. Location is wonderful. Walking distance to Namba, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi. Lots of shopping. Especially used designer hand bags.

The smells comes when the bar downstairs open in the evening. Both night I had the same grilling food smell coming through into the room. Hope they will do something about this. Stayed in room 812 other than that the facilities and amenities provided is very satisfied.

The only thing that need improvement is the variety of choice in breakfast. Must choose this hotel again next time when we visit Osaka.

We got a deluxe double room and found it to be surprisingly bigger than expected, with a queen bed. Beautiful view overlooking Osaka. The hot spa was fantastic as well, a great way to unwind after a long day. Staff were friendly and spoke great English, lobby and rooms were well designed and there were many amenities inside the room. Would stay here again!

We booked the larger room (by Japanese standards) and it was comfortable. We especially liked all the amenities like the quality toiletries, unlimited bottled water, pyjamas, air freshener etc. The staff are approachable and very helpful. Walking distance to the shopping mall, Family Mart, restaurants, and subway.
P	Pano 360 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice hotel, especially for the price. It's a shame that some parts are closed due to corona, but it shows how seriously they're taking the situation. The best part is that they have complementary bottled water for guests. It's a great touch and considering how hot the weather can get in Osaka, it might literally be a life-saver!
V	Vincent Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is excellent. Staff were helpful. Room size is sufficient (just manage your expectations since this is Japan). My room was a little dusty in some areas (lamp, remote control, phone, etc) but the room itself was ok. Bed was firm enough, just the way I like it. Pillows were irritatingly too soft - but I was too tired and was still able to sleep well.
