We had ours done to medium-rare and boy was it amazing- perfectly done on the inside and nicely charred on the outside. Also, pleasantly surprised by the sweet and sparkling sake by Mio. Such a refreshing way to end a long day of sightseeing.
m	mac klemore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this wagyu restaurant was really good! staff spoke little english but they had smart pads that had different language options so anyone could read the menu. this place sells kobe beef AND kagoshima blackbeef. kobe is well-known abroad but is not the tastiest wagyu in japan. kagoshima blackbeef has been winning awards lately as well as miyazaki beef, so i highly recommend the blackbeef option. also ordered bruschetta, veggies, and dessert.

The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars are the premises, they were a bit simple and boring (by my taste), no windows.
