Picking the right place for a Kobe experience can be tricky, and of course pricy, but after a thorough research we decided to eat at Misono, and wow, it was the right choice. Being a teppanyaki restaurant it is a multi-sensual experience. Our chef was extremely friendly and spoke English, so we not only got to enjoy the sight, smell and taste, but also gained some valuable insights on the different types of steaks. If you are reading this, chances are you already have an idea about what kobe beef is, but trust me, after eating it here, you will also KNOW the difference! Also ordered a reference steak, but the A5 is light years ahead!

Basic course 'Mi Course'. 12000yen per person + 1000yen table charge per person + tax. Almost 15000yen per person. However, everything was good. Wagyu was so tender.

Their Kobe beef is super good! The chef is very nice and explains everything when he cooks. Highly recommend! The normal beef (which is also very good - A4) is much cheaper for lunch. If you only want Kobe beef, there is not much of a difference between dinner and lunch.

Kobe is always going to be an expensive option so you may as well have it cooked by the experts. Tappenyaki is how the beef is prepared here and so you get a great meal, a show and great interaction with the chef. It was a good. Really good.

We research a bit and thought that the best way to enjoy Kobe beef ? would be the teppanyaki way! It’s was a very fancy experience to watch the Chef cook these beautifully marbles beef in front of us! Our choice was A5 and A4, honestly I can’t really tell the difference but it’s a once in a life time experience! I love the setting of the dining area where you could overlook the street from the wide clear window! Definition dining with a view!

Extraordinary experience. My husband and I debated going for Kobe during our time in Japan, but decided to splurge and came here. We did not regret it. The service and food were both beyond all expectations.

Went here for the Kobe beef and A5 dinner and it was definitely with it. They were able to make the beef right in front of you, via hibachi style and were very friendly to everyone. Definitely a great first experience for anyone looking to grab some real Kobe beef. Please note the place can be very expensive as is expected with a fine dinning bistro. We arrived about and hour to closing and they were still able to accommodate us.

Had to make a reservation before going as it was fully booked the night before. Staff and Chef were very polite and professional. Food portion was sufficient, taste was fantastic. Heavy price tag but value for money and a wonderful experience for first time trying Kobe Beef A5. Melts in the mouth !!!!!
