l	leo riangel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年京都に遊びに行ったときにこちらのお店を初訪問し、2021.10月に再訪問しました♪ 日本酒の種類がとにかく多くて、詳しくない私は飲み比べセットで注文してから気に入ったのを1合でもらう感じにしています。ちゃんと銘柄が書いた紙がちょこっとのってるので写真にそのまま納めておけば酔っぱらっても多少は思い出せます。笑最初のお通しから日本酒+冷燻で、しかも燻製は2種から選べます。今時の言葉で言えば"映える"のでムービーで撮るといいかも♪ 日本酒に燻製！合うんです！最初は燻製って洋酒と一緒にいただくイメージでしたがこちらのお店で概念が変わりました～日本酒をちびちびやりながら旨味の凝縮された燻製をちみちみと食べるひと時が幸せです♡ なめろうも美味しかったです！他にも食べてみたいメニューがたくさんあるのでまた再訪します！お店のかたも忙しそうな中、気配りしてくださりやわらぎ水もちゃんと途切れないよう補充してくれるのが有難いです～！ When I went to Kyoto last year, I visited this shop for the first time and revisited it in October 2021 ♪ There are so many types of sake, and I'm not familiar with it, so after ordering a set of sake, I feel like I get one go. In today's language, it "shines" so it might be a good idea to shoot it in a movie ♪ Smoked sake! It fits! At first, I had the image of smoking and having it with Western liquor, but the concept changed at this shop ~ I'm happy to have a moment to eat smoked sake with condensed umami while sipping sake ♡ Namero was also delicious! There are many other menus I would like to try, so I will come back again! While the shop seems to be busy, I am grateful for your attention and replenishment of the soft water so that it will not be interrupted properly!

Delicious smoked items and sake but challenging service. Have experienced this elsewhere and may just be a cultural thing but no one wants to sell anything... always hard to get a second, let alone third, anything. Maybe we need to be more forthright in asking for what we want. Service aside i highly recommend this as a great kyoto experience.
