ついついワンタンメンを頼みますが、いつか牛肉ラーメンも食べたいです。
綿の縮れは弱めかな？
スープの味はお魚強めで絶妙です。
麺を先に食べ、ワンタンは我慢して最後までとっておき…
しっかりと半透明のトロトロにしてからスープと一緒に雲を呑むようにいただきます。

米沢ラーメンの基本を抑えた煮干出汁＆縮れた細麺。細切りで食感のいいメンマ、濃くない味付けのチャーシュー。食べ終わりの幸福感を逆算して作った塩分と茹で加減。長く愛されるラーメンの奥深さがここにある。決して奇をてらってないと思ったら、牛肉ラーメンの方は、しっかりと美味しい牛肉とシメジに味がついていてまるで芋煮を食べてるような感じ。牛肉の品質もいいし、一度で2度美味しいです

Yonizawa soup stock and curly thin noodles that are the basis of Yonezawa ramen. Menma that is finely chopped and has a good texture, non-dense seasoned char siu. 料金は高めですが、美味い海鮮が安心して食べることが出来ます
平日ですが、１９時過ぎには行列が出来ています。
雲丹の刺身、超美味いです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 見た目は他の米沢ラーメンと然程変わりがないように見えるが、ひと口啜った瞬間「ん？」。
麺にスープが絡まないのか、矢鱈と味が薄いというかコクがないというか…2度目はないかな。
It looks the same as other Yonezawa ramen, but the moment you sip it, "Hmm?"
Maybe the soup isn't entwined with the noodles, the taste is lighter than the cod, or it's not rich ... I wonder if it's the second time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼きそばとパイタンラーメン頂きますた。パイタンは豚骨ラーメンでコッテリ目のスープに炒め野菜がのってますた。炒め野菜に山菜ミックスが入っており、なめこなんかも入ってますた。割と合いますだよ。
焼きそばはモチモチ麺の食感良いがソース感が薄いかな？ちょっとパサパサしてたので豚骨スープかけたらんまくなりますたよ。
I had yakisoba and paitan ramen. Paitan is pork bone ramen with stir-fried vegetables in a soup with savory eyes. Stir-fried vegetables contain a edible wild plants mix, and nameko mushrooms are also included. It's a good deal.
Yakisoba has a nice chewy noodle texture, but the sauce is light. It was a little dry, so if you put pork bone soup on it, it would be crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌ラーメン、とんこつラーメン、中華そばをいただきました♪米沢ラーメンの細麺であっさりしたスープがいくら食べてもスルスルと入ってしまい足りない！と思うのがびっくり‼️それだけ美味しくてあっさり。子供さえももっと食べたいと言ってました。しかも、注文して出てくるのが早い！とんこつもマイルドで美味しかったです。辛味噌が無いのが残念かな。濃いめが好きな方は物足りないと思います。

何となく老舗感の有る店構えで前情報無しに入店。
店の方は余計な事を言わない感じでしたが手際よくオーダーを受け注文したワンタン麺が出て来ました。
あっさり、さっぱりな美味しくて懐かしい味。
こってり好きには物足りないかな。
ワンタンは見た目以上に沈んでます。
美味しかったです。

何を食べようか迷いながら車を走らせていたところ…
前から気になっていたコチラの暖簾が出ていたので迷わず訪問。
コチラはワンタン麺がオススメみたいなので
ワンタン麺とお腹も空いていたのでチャーハンも注文。
待つ事8分程でラーメンが着丼。
続いてチャーハンも運ばれてきます。
ラーメンのスープを一口…
これといって特徴はなく…
所謂、町中華でいただく普通の中華そばといった印象。
ワンタンはピロピロ系で量も沢山入ってます。
チャーハンは昭和レトロな銀皿に盛られており、
第一印象としては寿司○郎的なビジュアル。
味も焼飯という感じもなくしっとりとしたなんとも言えない味わい。
量も今ひとつ。
これで750円はかなりの割高感。
全体的には昼間若干遅い時間まで空いているので
ファミレス以外で食事したい場合に寄る分には良いかもしれませんね。
