E	Ella Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 米沢ラーメンと米沢牛を一度に味わえるセットを注文。麺のちぢれ具合がよかった。スープはまあまあ。米沢牛焼肉はとても柔らかいが、「霜降りより赤身派｣な私としては、もっと脂を落としてほしいかな(^^;) 牛脂のにおいもかなり強く、胃に残る感じです。地元の人にも人気があるようで、お昼どきは観光客よりもビジネスマンや近所の親子連れの方が多かったです。 I ordered a set where you can enjoy Yonezawa ramen and Yonezawa beef at the same time. The noodles were very nice. The soup is ok. Yonezawa beef yakiniku is very tender, but for me, who is "lean than marbled", I would like to see more fat removed (^^;) The smell of beef tallow is also quite strong, and it feels like it remains in the stomach. It seems to be popular with locals, and there were more businessmen and parents and children in the neighborhood than tourists at lunchtime.

I love yakiniku ramen. ‼ ️There are some grilled Yonezawa beef on top of Yonezawa ramen. This is delicious! I think the price is reasonable.
