★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 《牛スジ丼900円》食べてきました。もともとビール好きなので、牛スジは好きなんですが、ゴロゴロした牛スジを味わう事が出来て、改めて美味しかったです。また食べに行きたいです。

近隣で呑んだ後に〆のラーメンを食べに訪問。
店内は清潔感がありお蕎麦屋さんといった雰囲気。
初訪ですがラーメンをいただきました‼︎
私はチャーシュー麺を、
家内は中華そばをオーダー。
5分と待たずに提供。
チャーシュー麺のお肉は薄切りの豚バラが数枚乗っている感じ。
スープはアッサリ。
麺は米沢ラーメン特有の細縮れ麺。
スルスルととても美味しい‼︎
中華そばはチャーシュー麺とスープが違うのか⁇
醤油が効いている感じ。
チャーシュー麺のスープと比べると若干塩っぱめ。
でも呑んだ後なら丁度良い塩梅かな。
駅前では貴重な〆スポットです。
A soba restaurant in front of the station.
After drinking in the neighborhood, I visited to eat ramen.
The inside of the store is clean and has an atmosphere like a soba restaurant.
It was my first visit, but I had ramen! ︎

My wife ordered Chinese noodles.
Served without waiting for 5 minutes.
The meat of the char siu noodles is like a few sliced pork ribs.
The soup is assari.
The noodles are crispy noodles peculiar to Yonezawa ramen.
Very delicious with Suru Suru! ︎
Is Chinese noodles different from char siu noodles?⁇
It feels like soy sauce is working.
Slightly salty compared to the char siu noodle soup.
But after swallowing, it's just a good salt plum.
It is a valuable spot in front of the station.

「松月のラーメンみたいなやつ」と言い切って良いくらいの
米沢ラーメンの王道、あっさりスープに細縮れ麺。
もっと美味しいと感じる店もあるが、このバランスは得難い。
市内で米沢ラーメンを謳う店はだいたいこんな雰囲気。
スープは若干単調、チャーシューは薄くて微妙に不満。
麺の歯触りはプリプリでとても良く、大変気に入った。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形風のあっさりとしたラーメンが食べてみたく、ふらりと入ってみました。ラーメンはもとより、とんかつ定食などもメニューにあり、もともとはラーメン屋ではなく定食屋なのでしょう。
熟慮の末にチャーシュー麺を注文。日頃、チャーシュー麺を頼む事は殆ど無いのだが、今回は周りでチャーシュー麺を食べている人が目に付き、気になってしまったのです。
予想通りにあっさりしたスープに、くせのない少し縮れた細麺。薄味ながら旨味の深いチャーシュー。美味しかったです。寒い日には、いいなあ。山形新幹線が遅れたおかげでこんなラーメンに巡り会えた。
I wanted to try Yamagata-style light ramen, so I went in for a while. Not only ramen but also pork cutlet set meals are on the menu, so it is probably not a ramen shop but a set meal shop.
After careful consideration, I ordered the char siu noodles. I rarely ask for char siu noodles on a daily basis, but this time I noticed people eating char siu noodles around me, and I was curious.
As expected, the soup is light and the thin noodles are slightly crispy without any habit. A light but deep-tasting char siu. It was delicious. I hope it's on a cold day. Thanks to the delay of the Yamagata Shinkansen, I was able to meet such ramen.
