3	326 totoro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここも８年ぶりに来訪。30℃を超える米沢市内だったけど、いつも注文してたラーメンセットを注文。冷たいラーメンセットと迷ったけど、やはり久々の来訪なので王道を。ここのラーメンは他の米沢ラーメンとはちょっと違うラーメンと私は思ってます。麺は細縮れ麺ではありますが、他店とは違う平打ち麺です。これがまた旨い。もう少し固いと私の好みです。スープは節系が強いですが、醤油の味が濃いスープです。人によってはしょっぱいと感じるかもしれません。が、慣れると？何回か飲んでると？不思議にコクが身に染みます? トッピングはネギ、チャーシュー二枚、海苔、メンマです。チャーシューは薄いのですが、見た目と違ってすごく柔らかくジューシーです。肉臭さ、脂っこさは感じません。セットのバラ肉の竜田揚げはライスのお供にぴったりの味付けです。ソースがついてきますが、私はキャベツにかけるしか使いません。ライスとラーメンですからボリュームはかなりあります。でも、店内は少し年季が入ってるため、エアコンもあまり効いてません?その中でもやはりラーメン！というほどラーメンは旨いです。あくまで自分的には、ですが。店の外のお堀には蓮の花が見事に咲いてました。 Here also visit for the first time in eight years.
