スープは、ほんの少しピリッとしたあっさり味で、温度熱めで美味しいですね。
チャーシューは旨味が抜けた感じが台湾風なのでしょうか。
店内に荷物を置いたりかけたりする場所が欲しいところです。

量的にはさほど多くも無いので、普通盛りだと少なめに感じるかも。 麺も具も丁寧な仕込みで大変美味しかったです。追い飯まで頂き大満足でした。
券売機が外にあるので、五千円円札や一万円札の両替は店内に声かけ必要。 できればマルチ紙幣対応だとありがたいです。

今日はハナから何か食おうと探して歩いてて、見て思いだし、いよいよ入店。
名古屋名物台湾そば、て、なんなんでしょ。
台湾贔屓としては食っておく。
油そばよりマイルドな感じとでも言うのか、なかなか旨かった。
挽き肉の乗っていないのを頼んだから、合わせて挽肉ごはんもオーダー。
挽肉がウリなのでしょう、ピリ辛で旨い。
最後にタレを少し残しておいてごはん(追飯と言う)を頼むのが良いのだとか。そう聞けば頼まずにはいられません。
挽肉ごはんを食べたからか、残り汁にごはんを入れたものはややパンチに欠けるおとなしいものでした。あと一味欲しい。
挽肉が乗った麺の残り汁にごはんを入れたものは丁度良い塩梅で旨かった。
また行くかもしれません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらは、店主の石川琢磨氏が台湾まぜそば発祥の店「麺屋はなび」で修行し、独立して大岡山に本店を構え、今ではこの味を全国にチェーン展開している『麺屋こころ』の池袋店。
場所は、池袋駅西口から徒歩3分ほどの繁華街のど真ん中。
平日の13時過ぎ頃に初訪問。
今年の4月に新規オープンした店。
以前は、宮崎辛麺の一輪、二郎系かけラーメンのまさ屋と短いスパンでお店が入れ替わる場所である。
待ちなしで、店外の券売機で
○ 台湾まぜそば ¥850
○ 麺大盛り ¥120
をポチッと。
食券を購入して、カウンター席に着席。
店内はL字カウンターのみ7席ほど。
ニンニクはありでオーダーして、待つこと5分ちょいでご対麺。
鮮やかな色合い、美味そうなルックス。
具材は、魚粉、海苔、ニラ、ネギ、卵、ニンニク、台湾ミンチ。
まずは、粘り気を出すためにしっかりと混ぜ混ぜして、絶品の台湾まぜそばが完成。
台湾ミンチはピリ辛だが、それほど辛くはない。
ニンニクがジャンク感を一層引き立たせ、箸が止まらない。
タレは醤油感強め。
麺は、まぜそばにしては細め。
柔らかめでモチモチ感もあり、食べ応えも充分感じられる。
大盛りにしては、ボリュームは少なめだが、追い飯は多め、少なめと調整できるからお腹の様子を見てオーダーすべし!
途中で昆布酢、胡椒、唐辛子を投入して味変。
これも美味い。味が引き締まる印象。
麺を全て平らげ、タレや具材を自然に残して、無料の追い飯を口頭でオーダー。
この追い飯は、前述のとおり量を調整できる。
その際、箸は丼に入れたままスタッフさんに渡して、レンゲで追い飯を喰らう。
美味かったー、やっぱ追い飯は鉄板!

3/17再訪問。今回は麺少な目(値段は並と同じ850円)、ただし、味玉付です(写真参照)。今回もまぜまぜして食しました。後半は宅上の昆布酢をトッピングして更に美味しくいただきました。やっぱり最後は追い飯(少な目)で、ごちそうさまでした❗️

追い飯は無料。麺大盛も有料なのが痛い。
学生は学生証提示で、玉ねぎ、ノリ、メンマ、マヨネーズ、麺大盛どれか1つ無料。
ラー油とかも、あれば良いんだけどなぁ。
味はよし!

台湾まぜそばで有名なこころの池袋店です。最近できたのかお店はとても綺麗です。ただちょっと店内は狭め。
日曜日の12時半頃に訪問。行列はなくそのまま着席できました。
肉入り台湾まぜそばを注文。
ニンニクを入れるかどうかを食券を渡す時に伝えます。
普通のものにごろごろっとした角切りのチャーシューが追加されています。このチャーシューは生姜がきいていて美味しい。
台湾まぜそば自体はちょい辛めな感じ。普通に美味しいですね。

大岡山に本店があり国内外にFC店のある麺屋こころが池袋で新規オープン。開店記念で4/11まで1杯500円のサービス価格。金曜昼12:30で6人待ち。意外と並びが少なかったので接続し20分程で着席。初日ながらオペレーションはスムーズでした。
普通の台湾まぜそばで美味しかったです。通常営業になってから他のメニューを試してみようと思います。
