h	hiro yama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正油ラーメンと生粋めしを注文！焼秋刀魚の香りがちゃんとしてて、しょっぱすぎないスープにネギがとても合う！細かく刻まれたメンマがいいアクセントになっていて、最後まで飽きずに食べられました。とても上品なラーメン！スッキリ臭みなし！スープまで飲み干してしまいました！生粋めしはちょっと地味目でしたが、ラーメンのスープを入れて楽しむのにはピッタリだったと思います！ Order pure oil ramen and genuine chelow! The scent of grilled saury is decent, and the green onions go well with the soup that is not too salty! The finely chopped Menma was a nice accent, and I was able to eat it until the end without getting tired. Very elegant ramen! No refreshing odor! I drank up the soup! The genuine chelow was a little plain, but I think it was perfect for adding ramen soup and enjoying it!
坂	坂本健二 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職場の近くにありずっと行こうと思っていましたがなかなかタイミングが合わず半年越しに来店。上塩そばと生粋飯を注文。スープを飲むとぶわっと秋刀魚の香りが広がり気がついたら無我夢中で食べてしまいました。生粋飯もちょうど良い塩梅でラーメンを邪魔しないのが良いです。滅多にスープを飲み干さないのですがここのスープは最後まで飲まないと勿体ない...と感じさせるくらい美味いです。次は上正油そばを食べてみます。 It was close to my workplace and I was thinking of going there all the time, but the timing wasn't right and I came to the store over half a year. Y	YURIKO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10年ぶりくらいに伺いました。昔はラーメンをよく食べていたので、こちらにも何度かお邪魔したことがあるのですが、久しぶりに食べたらちょっと薄いような気がしました。ラーメンスープはとても美味しかったので、つけ麺の濃厚さがマイルドだったのかなぁと。 I visited for the first time in 10 years. o	oyabun on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この日は池袋でずっと行ってみたかったラーメン屋へ。お店の名前は生粋池袋本店場所は豊島区池袋２というところ。ちょっと雑多な感じのところにこちらはありました。まずは券売機で食券を購入します。一番上には塩そばが来てるんやねー。今日は醤油の口だったので上正油そば、卵かけご飯を注文。店内はカウンターのみで10席くらいかな。男女2名で営業をされていました。待ってる間にメニューやこだわりを見ます。こちらのタレはさんまを塩焼きにして作っているとのこと。これが他でなかなか見ないし気になってたんですよね。珍しいところではタンメンも提供されてるようでした。さて、料理が提供されました。スープは濁ってるタイプなんですねー。具沢山で食べ応えありそうなビジュアルです。スープを一口飲んでみるとまさにさんま♪ 正油にもしっかりとあっているし、このスープは好きなタイプです。最近魚介系が好きなんだけどこれは美味しいな。えぐみなんかは全く感じなかったけど、少しくらい感じても面白いのかも。麺は中太のストレート麺かな。やや柔らかい目のゆで加減ですが、スープとの相性は良くって美味しいと思います。トロっとした黄身の煮卵や、赤身メインのチャーシューも好きな感じでした。続いて卵かけご飯。こちらは卵が割られていてタレとネギがかかっています。それを混ぜながらご飯に投入していただきます。タレが濃すぎずに卵によく合っているのでこれまたご飯が進みます。途中で少しスープを加えてみても美味しくて瞬殺で食べ終わりました。塩も一度食べてみたいところでした。これはまた訪問してみなければ。

P	Peter Chow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hot stone noodles are interesting to try in the shop. The taste has a good mix of different flavors. I don't get along with fish based soup that much but this time I like how strong the soup is but it is not so strong that you would feel too salty or oily.
