★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 串に刺さないタイプの焼き鳥屋さん。料理はどれも美味しかったんですが、二階席は焼き鳥の煙が上がってきて息苦しさがあってちょっと辛かったです。服に匂いがつく覚悟で行きましょう。

ささやの系列の焼き鳥くりやま
普段は歓楽街池袋の少し路地に入りますがものすごく混んでる印象の焼き鳥屋
シンプルにお通しのキュウリのたたきから希少部位の焼き鳥を楽しみました。
目の前で焼いてくれるカウンターは雰囲気良しなお店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 18時半に予約して行った時は空いてましたが19時ぐらいから予約の患者さんが入るようになり混んできました。
友達と2人でカウンターで飲みました。
料理も美味しく、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
When I made a reservation at 6:30 pm, it was vacant, but from around 19:00, the reserved patients started to enter and it became crowded.
I drank at the counter with my friends.
The food was delicious and I had a good time.

こちらの焼き鳥は串に刺さないタイプみたいです。
この日食べた焼鳥は背肝という部位でした。
調べてみると希少部位だったみたいで、腎臓にあたる部分とのこと。
炭火の上で甘めのタレで焼いてもらいました。
食感はレバーに近いです。
味はレバーほどくどくない感じ。
レバーとハツの間みたいなイメージです
お酒のアテにめちゃくちゃ良いです。
次行くときは絶対頼もう。
野菜は焼きにするかナムルにするか選べます。
山芋のナムルが気になって注文してみました。
シンプルに山芋に塩とごま油をかけただけなのかな？
これも、美味しかったです。

すごい場所にあるなーと驚きでしたが 店内は木の
ウッディーな感じでいい感じです！
店内のお客様の層でいうと
サラリーマンや若い方 もいておられるようで活気のあるお店です！
１、カマンベールチーズ うん美味しいです！４００円安いし！
２、いぶきがっこクリームチーズ４５０円お酒が止まりません！
３、やげん３２０円 やっぱり焼き鳥は美味しいですね！
４、タコポン酢 ６５０円 新鮮でした！
５、もも肉のタタキ８００円こちたもいい火加減です
６、牛スジタレ焼き 初めて食べましたが 最高のお味
とにかに 安定の美味しい料理で満足しました！
東京もいいお店が多いのでもっと探索したくなりました！
ごちそうさまです！また来たいお店ですね！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 若鳥定食税込990円。他の人の口コミにもあるように豪快に目の前で鶏肉を炙って出してくれる。当然真っ黒になったのが出てくるので大丈夫なのかちょっと心配になったが、そこは流石焼き鳥の店という感じで、苦味もなく美味しい鶏肉を焼いたものだった。米や味噌汁も妥当な感じ
メニューにはキューリの小鉢が付くと書いてあるのに出てこなかったのが残念。ランチは暇そうで調理後は座ってスマホを弄ってたのも残念
夜に持ち帰りで焼き鳥を買いに来てもいいかなとは思う
