★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 池袋駅の西口のロマンス通りを過ぎたあたりのこちらで、しゃぶしゃぶを食べに行きました。ちょっとしたお祝い事のため半個室席で落ち着いたところがいいなぁと思って予約して行きました！店内は和風の落ち着いている空間で接待やら同伴の方とかもいたような気がします。
良かった点と残念だった点がありました。
残念だった点は、
忙しい時期だったからでしょうか、
別途かかってしまうサービス料金に見合った接客が受けられませんでした。
料理を運んでくる際の所作や
空いた皿をこちらから言わないと
下げずに料理を置くだけとか、
接待利用だったら失礼かもしれません。
いくら美味しい料理を食べられたとしても
気持ちの良い接客が無ければ
また行きたいと思えないです。
おまけにサービス料金をとってるなら
ちゃんと意識してほしかったです。
とはいえ、接客や笑顔の素敵な店員さんもいました。
料理については美味しかったです(^^)
しゃぶしゃぶはワサビ醤油とゴマだれがあり
さっぱりと濃厚と味を楽しめました。
最後の〆のお茶漬けは
出汁をかけますが熱さ具合など
聞いてほしかったです。
単品メニューも
サラダや白子ポン酢、ふぐの唐揚げなど
色々と注文しましたが
どれも美味しかったです。
ごちそうさまでした。
 I went here to eat Shabu-Shabu at Romance Street near the west exit of Ikebukuro Station. I thought it would be nice to settle down in a semi-private room for a little celebration and made a reservation! The inside of the store is a calm Japanese-style space, and I feel like I was entertained and accompanied.
There were good points and disappointing points.
Unfortunately,
Maybe it was a busy time,
We couldn't get a customer service commensurate with the extra service charge.
When you bring food,
I have to say the empty plate from here
Just put the dishes without lowering,
It may be rude if it is for business use.
No matter how good the food is,
If there is no pleasant customer service
I do not want to go again.
If you have a service fee
I wanted you to be conscious.
Nevertheless, there were also nice clerks who were waiting on customers and smiling.
The food was delicious (^^)
Shabu-shabu has wasabi soy sauce and sesame sauce
I enjoyed the richness and taste.
The last 〆 chanzuke
Add dashi but it ’s hot
I wanted you to listen.

I ordered various things
They are all delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前訪れたことがあり再度利用させていただきました。1000円のランチはとてもお得で美味しくいただきました。
ただ、忙しかったからでしょうか。
何度かコールを押しても店員さんがいらっしゃらず、しばらく待って来たかと思ったらもしかして呼ばれました？と尋ねられて、少々驚きました。
また、まだ食事中にもかかわらず目の前でガチャガチャと片付けを始められて、早く帰れと言われているように感じました。
厨房が近かったので店員さんの声がよく聞こえたのですが、大きな声での愚痴がとても耳障りでした。
1000円のランチはともかくとして、お店の平均的な価格を考えると接客の質がとてもではないですが見合っているとは思えませんでした。
その辺のファミレスの方がよほど質が高いと思います。
以前訪れた時に好印象だっただけに、とても残念でした。
I have visited before and used it again. The 1000 yen lunch was very good value and delicious.
Is it because I was busy?
Even if I pressed the call several times, there was no clerk, and I thought I had been waiting for a while, but was it called? I was a little surprised when asked.
Also, even though I was still eating, I was able to start cleaning up in front of my eyes, and I felt like I was being told to go home early.
I could hear the clerk's voice well because the kitchen was near, but the loud complaints were very jarring.
Aside from the 1000 yen lunch, the quality of the customer service is not very good considering the average price of the shop, but I did not think it was worth it.
I think the family restaurant in that area is of much higher quality.
I was very disappointed because I had a good impression when I visited there before.

ディナーは高級店ですが、ランチは気軽に食べに行けるためオススメです。
豚しゃぶしゃぶ、すきやきランチ共に1000円で、牛しゃぶ、牛すきになると3000円になります。3000円でもこのお店のランチだとお得なくらいです！
味が絶品で、店員さんの気配りも素晴らしいので、池袋へ足を運ぶなら1度味わっていただきたい絶品ランチです！
It is a small semi-private room shop.
Dinner is a high-class restaurant, but lunch is recommended because you can easily go to eat.
Both pork shabu-shabu and sukiyaki lunch are 1000 yen, and beef shabu-shabu and sukiyaki lunch are 3000 yen. Even 3000 yen is a great deal for lunch at this restaurant!
The taste is excellent and the staff are very attentive, so if you go to Ikebukuro, you should try this delicious lunch!

料理も美味しいし接客も素晴らしく楽しく食事ができました。
We had delicious shabu-shabu of Hida beef with sesame sauce and wasabi sauce.
The food was delicious and the customer service was wonderful and enjoyable.

店内はかなり落ち着きがありちょっとした贅沢を味わうなら最高のランチを食べられる。
お米もおかわり自由で美味しいのがよい。
コースにもよるのかもしれないが、自分で焼くスタイル！

The inside of the restaurant is quite calm and you can have the best lunch if you want to enjoy a little luxury.
Rice should be free and delicious.
