★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 year later update: I decided to find a cheaper place and came back! Again, amazing experience, fast, detailed and really took in my wants and needs in the apartment. All the little details were explained clearly and all of my questions were answered easily and kindly. Lin really does great work here! Thank you! ?????
Amazing experience! Lin was really helpful! He explained everything very clearly and translated everything for me. Great support through out especially when trying to find an apartment with my wants and needs. Friendly and quick service, I definitely recommend any foreigner to come here (ask for Lin). Will definitely come back when I need to find a new place. ???

I originally found this company by searching for foreign friendly realtors that can speak English to make it easier, but I am blown away by the level of excellence provided
The agent I worked with is named Li and she is outstanding beyond belief. She is incredibly professional and equally as kind and caring
I myself am very disorganised but that was made redundant through Li's efforts, making my move from Tokyo to Kanagawa smooth sailing!!!
I would like to keep writing about how great it is here, but you can check the company yourself and be as chuffed as I am ?

The agents/staff are really nice and very accomodating. With their help I was able to find an apartment that ticks the boxes on my apartment must list. Thanks a lot!

They provide English service which is hard to find in a lot of other agencies, and Huyen, the agent that guided me in this whole process, was incredibly helpful and answered my many many questions. She gave me lots of extra tips and guidance in the process of looking for a suitable apartment and things to watch out for when selecting an apartment, so I highly recommend her and the company for their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Looking for apartments, yes, the staff is very good at that and they are responsive. The aftermath (once you moved in) can be very tricky. Unfortunately, not all neighbors will be nice and I have a particular case where mine is quite aggressive. Every time a noise disturbs this neighbor, banging on walls is their solution. My stress lately is higher than usual and I need to have my peace of mind. I have adjusted my lifestyle to suit this neighbor, but to no avail. The neighbor is quite a hypocrite (for they also make noises past midnight). It came to a point where I had to sit down with the real estate agent face to face and the only solution that they could provide was to find another apartment. The one who helped me find my current apartment is genuinely nice and considerate. The system, however, needs to be improved. I don’t know much about laws in regards to noise and apartments in Japan, but I believe any real estate company should be morally obligated to divulge all information before contract signing about a particular apartment (such as past neighbor problems, good or past records about current tenants, and especially the noise insulation materials made in between the walls of each room, etc.). I was told that their company works with the owner of whatever apartment they are making a deal with their clients, so communication should be a must between real estate agents and the landlords/property management. I am considering moving to another apartment if my neighbor continues to be aggressive. I think the company should provide more help for tenants who are suffering under these cases (especially if there’s still no solution) such as installing soundproof walls for free or paying for advanced rent on their behalf instead from their clients’ own pocket money. I think honesty should prevail and I’d give more respect to real estate agencies who are honest than trying to make a business (at the renter’s expense and peace of mind) and not telling the full story.”
