但し、その他の店員は一様に接客マナーが悪く、店内の雰囲気は良くありませんでした．

迷って少し遅れてしまったところ、
お電話で案内頂いた上、お店の前に出て待って頂いていました。
また、説明に関しても特に問題はなく、ハウスクリーニングの説明などが丁寧でよかったと思います。

金曜日に伺って希望の物件の金額や条件や場所まで結構細かく話して、スーモで調べてた物件も見せてこんな感じのとこがいいので探してくださいとお願いし、連絡先や希望も顧客表にかいたんです。
担当の方もわかりました、探して連絡しますとのことでその日は帰って、火曜日まで連絡が来ず痺れを切らして連絡したら土日忙しくてまだ探せてないとの言い訳！
水曜日が定休日なので木曜日までには探して連絡しますと言い切ったので待ってみることにその間ももう一度物件の条件を教えてくださいと言われたのでコイツ紙なくしたなと思って不信感でいっぱいでした。一様木曜日まで待ってみましたが一切連絡が来なかったのでもう今後連絡することはないですね！
ちなみに担当者は岸さんとゆう方でした。

対応悪過ぎ、態度も×。こんなに嫌な思いした不動産初めてです。年下だと分かってなめた口調で○万って言ってるのに+1万円代の紹介でこれしか無いばかり。(他会社行っても無いよと何十回も言われたが行ったらあって迷わず他会社で契約♩)車での会話貧しい、見て分かる一言ばっか、「これしか無いんですお値段貴女には合ってます」、車での対応や物件紹介にあたって例えばドアの開け閉めや、対応遅れれば申し訳ありませんなど、本当に初めからビジネスマナーから習った方が宜しいのではと思うような行動。ありがとうございました、よろしくお願い致します?とお伝えしても無反応。これじゃあ業務はこなせてもお客様は満足しませんよ。お断りするのが見えて来たら態度急変したりするのやめたほうがいいですよ。接客業で指揮をとっている者がそう言ってます。
こんなこといってはおりますが頑張ってください 応援しております?！！
