★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とにかく説明不足。重要な所(特に家賃支払いの仕方等のお金関係)の説明は軽いくせに、どうでもいい部屋のシステムや構造だけをとにかく押し売りしてくる。あと、無料Wi-Fiで入居してからすぐ使えるとか言ってたのにWi-Fi会社に連絡し忘れたのか2週間ほど使えなかった。
本当に酷い。一生ミニミニは使いたくないと思ってしまった
 Anyway, lack of explanation. Although the explanation of important points (especially money-related matters such as how to pay rent) is light, only the system and structure of the room that does not matter are sold. Also, I said that I could use it immediately after moving in with free Wi-Fi, but I forgot to contact the Wi-Fi company, so I couldn't use it for about two weeks.
Really terrible. I didn't want to use Minimini for the rest of my life

こちらの条件にピッタリなものから、妥協点を探れるあたりまで、様々な物件を提示して頂きました。その後は内見を沢山希望しましたが、どれも根気強く付き合って頂きました。
決まった後もこちらのワガママに嫌な顔せず、ご対応頂きました。
契約するまでの間、こまめに連絡を頂けたましたので最後までスムーズに新居が決まりました。
本当に頭が上がりません。また利用することがあれば、最初にお願いしたいも思うくらいです。

とにかく最初から最後までスムーズで早かったです。
また様々な注文にも快く対応して下さり、とても有り難く安心してお願いすることが出来ました。
今まで賃貸契約には面倒で大変なイメージがあったのですが、今回はそれが全くなくイメージが変わりました。
