M	Masa Nakanishi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 02.Mar.2021 坂戸屋さんのおかげで王祿にハマっております。本日は先週末に購入した純米酒2018を頂きました。加水して味を整え熟成してのリリースと説明を受けて購入。前に飲んだ2本と同様に、スッキリとしたキレがあって食中酒として楽しめました。次の一本は2020年醸造の生酒、、、度数も17度とのことでパンチが効いてそうです。今週末に頂こうかな? 12.Feb.2021 昨晩は王祿の渓を頂きました。超王祿よりも味がしっかりしていたけど、後味はスッキリとした苦味が残りドンドン飲めてしまうお酒?でした。食事は水炊きと合わせたけど、食中酒としても大変美味しく頂きました。追加で買いに行かねば?? 6.Feb.2021 王祿というお酒をネットでチェックしてたら坂戸屋さんにヒット。島根には仕事で何度も行ってるのに、王祿さんのお酒には巡り会えていませんでした? 坂戸屋さんでお伺いしたところ、入門編は超王祿、、、しかもいまは春限定のお酒があるとのことで即決。で、、、もう1本は、、、渓、、、というお酒もいただきました。 ※冬場はともかく、、、保冷バックと保冷剤がないと分けてもらえないとのこと、、、緊張するね??? さて、、、今夜はまず超王祿からスタート? 日本酒?はそれほど詳しくはないけど、王祿の香りは一瞬だけど稲のそれを感じて、そのあと口に含んだら、これまで経験したお酒とはかなり違う、、、モッタリとせずキレが良くて、、、でもちょっと苦味があってスッとなくなる。これは、、、美味い?‼️ 次の渓がかなり楽しみです?????? 02.Mar.2021 Thanks to Mr. Sakatoya, I am addicted to Ou.
