★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去する時に退去日の日にちを確認したにもかかわらず退去日前日に家に入られ働いてる会社に電話してきました。
まだ荷物がいっぱいあるけどどうするんだ、と言われ、
全部今日の夜粗大ゴミで出すやつですって言ったのですが、おじさんだったんですけど、怒鳴られて、今からこれトラックでわたしの働いてるとこに送りつけるとか言い出されて、電話越しでありえないくらいヤクザみたいに脅迫まがいなことをされ、
わたしはびっくりしすぎて泣いてしまったのですが、そんなのお構いなしでした。
そのあと大家さんに電話して事情説明して、その日の夜粗大ゴミで全部出して退去したのですが、
その次の日鍵を返しに行った際、
そのおじさんは笑顔で、いやー昨日はすいませんね大家さんが厳しくて、と言われ、は？となったけど何も話したくなかったので鍵だけ渡して帰りました。
引っ越しは何回かしたことありますが、こんなに酷い退去は初めてでした。
すごいトラウマで2度とその人もみたくないし、不動産や管理会社はちゃんと選んだ方がいいなと思いました。

二度と借りません。
退去時、なんの説明もなしに修繕費をめちゃくちゃ追加徴収しようとする。
経年劣化も含めない。
タバコ吸ってないのに「ヤニのあとが」とか言う
（喘息持ちなのでタバコは絶対すいません。）
入居前に申告した傷も「住んでることでついた傷です」とか意味不明なことを言う。
退去申告しても日割りで家賃計算しない。
みんなこのクチコミみてどんないい物件でも
管理会社がこの会社なら考え直してほしい。
溝の口周辺はこの管理会社気を付けて。
仲介業者は良くても住んで付き合うのは「管理会社」なので。
星ゼロって評価ないんですか？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元で長年不動産業をやっているようですが、今どきの接客対応が全くなっていないです。こういう風に書き込みされることもわからないくらい古臭いビジネスをされているのか…横柄で上から目線。返答も遅いが「すみません」も「お待たせしました」の一言もない。
私もまさに他の低評価の方の口コミが正しいと感じます。(☆1つもつけたくないですが)借りていたときから、疑問に思う対応が多かったのですが、先日丸貞が管理する住まいを出ていくことになり、特に退去時の対応は最悪最低です。この不動産屋のせいで大家さんの印象まで悪くなるのでは？と思うほどです。

ただ、不動産屋さんで働いてる方の中で誰とは言いませんが仕事が遅すぎて泣きたくなる時がありますが、お得さと天秤にかけてみてお得さが上になってるので良しとしてます
