★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予算にあう物件があったため、内見のお約束をしました。子連れでなんとか約束の時間前に物件の前まで来ましたが、約束の時間になっても担当の方はいらっしゃらず。お電話をすると「その物件につきましては既に決まってしまいました。メールでお知らせ致しましたが…」とのこと。その旨については受信BOXにも迷惑メールにも届いておりませんでしたが、その後の代替物件の紹介メールは直ぐに届きました。ただ、紹介された物件は家賃も数万円上がり、今どき珍しい「敷引き物件」で退去時に負担になりそうと思い諦めました。
