ないなら、無いと、率直に伝えるべき。
混んでいたのは、無駄が多い故に、単に一事案に対し時間ばかりを消費している為かと理解する。
知り合いに、行く事は止めた方が良いとはっきり言える不動産屋。

居住後の対応：建物のトラブルに対して、スピード感、対応内容ともに最悪。マニュアルが悪いのか、従業員の頭が悪いのかわからないが、二度と関わり合いたくない。

聞きたい条件があり電話で問い合わせると、一度大家さんに確認すると言われて3日放置。
待ちかねて近隣の別店舗のアパマンさんにもそんなに時間かかるのかと確認したら「電話して一瞬です」と言われました。
（こちらのアパマンさんも私の方でも良ければお調べしますといわれて頼みましたがその後連絡はありませんでした。）
こっちから散々催促してやっと回答もらえましたが、条件に合わず利用断念しました。こっちは急いでたのに時間の無駄でした。
2件のアパマンさんで同じような対応されたのでもうこの会社は信用しません。

数件まわり、決めかねていて、結局キャンセル。
その後、気になる物件があり内見依頼して、ちょっと踏ん切りつかず、検討しますと伝えると、いい加減決めてくださいよ！

その後もあからさまに不機嫌な態度を取られ
その頃の自分は決めるのも急いでいたし、付き合わせて決めないのは悪いなという同情から決めてしまいましたが、住み心地最悪の物件で半年で引っ越すことになりました。
最初からここに相談して物件回って、全部で4件ほど回ったが、たかが4件程度で我慢しきれないとは、どれだけ切羽詰まってるのか。
二度と関わりたくないです。

交渉、説得してくださるような様子もなく、数日後には募集がなくなっていたため、他の方を紹介したのでしょうか。
このように、差別的な大家さんも相手にするようなひどいお店です。

こちらからかけたが、忘れてた。その日は無理ですと回答されがっかりしました。
安い物件なので細客だからでしょうか？
他の不動産屋でも紹介してるとあしらわれました。
