４回引っ越ししていますがここは最悪でした。
ここを使うことはおすすめしません。
(ストレス感じたいのであれば別ですが…)
溝の口には他にもたくさん不動産あります。
社長、社員ともにこんなに仕事意識の低い方々は初めてでした。
契約から、住んでいる最中、解約後まで終始適当な対応でした。
特に酷かったのが、解約後の清算手続き。
音沙汰なく、１ヶ月半放置のうえ、こちらから連絡しないとなにも動かないという体たらく。金額どうこうではなく、お金と契約の話なのだからもう少ししっかりして欲しいと思うのはこちらがおかしいのでしょうか。
その他、愚痴に近いので読みたい方だけ…↓
(ほんとにここはやめた方がよいです)
・基本オーナー優先。
・社長は考え方が古く、押し付けがましい
・社員に至っては、対応も遅く、会話もいまいち。話しててのれんに腕押しって感じでした。しかもこちらから連絡しないと報告もない(仕事している気があるのか？非常に疑問)
・自分たちやオーナーの不手際は棚にあげて、向こうの都合や期限を一方的に提示してくる
あまり具体的な内容は書いてませんが、契約中もトラブルあり、ほんとに大変でした。
良い評価がついているのが不思議でなりません。

・ The president has an old way of thinking and is intrusive.
・ For employees, the response is slow and the conversation is not good. It was like talking and pushing my arms to the goodwill. Moreover, there is no report unless I contact you (do you feel like working? Very doubtful)
・ If you or the owner is not good at it, put it on the shelf and unilaterally present the convenience and deadline of the other side.
I didn't write much specific details, but there were some problems during the contract and it was really difficult.
It's no wonder it has a good reputation.

As other people have pointed out, they really don't settle the move-out. I haven't heard from you in the first month of moving out. It's the worst.

よくわからない言い訳をされました。
→ 一週間してもこない
電話すると
早く提出してくださいと言ってきた。
あと、敷金は返さないそうですよ。
しれっと社長が言ってました。
敷金は礼金だからと←？
行かないことをおすすめします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは最悪です。地元の大家をてなずけているので物件は結構もってるけど、対応が最悪です。
1.私は住んでいた物件に無許可で留守中に合鍵で侵入されました。これ違法です。謝罪もなし。
2.契約更新時には、郵送での手続きに応じず、直接に店に更新料をもって来いと言われ面倒臭いです。
3.消化設備の点検の際、在宅して対応したのですが検査会社の人が入室するのは理解できるのですが、なぜかこの不動産会社の社長が一緒に入室してきます。社長が室内の私物や家具をいちいちチェックしてコメントしてくるのが不愉快でした。
4.退去時もなかなか敷金精算してくれず何度も催促して４ヶ月後に少しだけ戻ってきました。綺麗に使用して破損もないので、計算がおかしいと思うけど、もう関わりたくないので諦めました。
他の人も書いているとおり、社長が古臭い人でコンプラ意識が低いので、時代に取り残されています。絶対にかかわってはいけない不動産屋。

When inspecting the digestive equipment, I responded at home, but I understand that a person from the inspection company will enter the room, but for some reason the president of this real estate company will enter the room together. It was unpleasant for the president to check and comment on personal belongings and furniture in the room.
4. When I moved out, I couldn't settle the security deposit, so I urged him many times and came back a little after 4 months. I think the calculation is strange because it is used cleanly and there is no damage, but I gave up because I do not want to be involved anymore.
As others have written, the president is old-fashioned and has a low awareness of compliance, so he is left behind in the times. A real estate agent that should never be involved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最低最悪。いつも対応が遅く、かつ苦情などをいうとおばさん社長が知らないふりか、あろうことか客をディスってきます。家賃の払い戻し金は通常一ヶ月程度で精算されると思いますが、一ヶ月しても連絡がなく、こちらから連絡して「二ヶ月以内には対応してください。」と伝えました。が、二ヶ月経っても何の音沙汰もありません。星一つというかゼロにしたいくらい。ここは利用しない方がいい。
