百歩バリカタを注文。
ネギ入れ放題は同じでしたが、すりおろしニンニクがない、、、味は北浦和と変わらない気がしましたが、ニンニクがない分物足りなさがハンパない。美味しいですが、やはりニンニクあってこそだと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 限定のまぜそばをいただきました。ニンニクが結構強め。ニンニク、玉ねぎ、もやし、キャベツ。豚は茹でてありしゃぶしゃぶみたいな感じ。味玉は追加しました。
もう20年くらい通ってる百歩さん。北浦和店にはよくいきますが、たまたま予定があったので大宮店で。
平日ランチは小ライスとサラダも無料でついてくるので嬉しい限り。
チャーシュー丼を頼みましたがライス無料のおかけで大盛りにしてくれました。
卓上の高菜とネギいれ放題はめちゃくちゃ嬉しいです。

ミニサラダと小ライスがつきます。特製ラーメンを頼みました。豚骨スープですが、あっさりしています。ネギ、高菜、ニンニクは入れ放題。麺は豚骨にしては太いので、九州の細麺になれている人には好みが別れるかも。今度は他の種類も試してみます。

大宮店は大宮駅より旧中山道を北へ約500m、徒歩10分位か。
「とんこつ」ラーメンだけど博多とか長浜とは違う、埼玉のとんこつラーメン。
店舗入って右に券売機。
赤百歩ラーメンを注文。
食券渡すときに麺の硬さを口頭で。
すぐにボールに入ったネギが出される。
卓上に辛子高菜、ニンニク、紅生姜、ゴマ等のとんこつでは定番のセットが配置されている。
自分にとってはネギ、辛子高菜は嬉しい。
しばらくしてラーメン登場。
比較的ライトなスープに細くはない麺で、まとまった感があり万人受けするかな。
美味しいけど、何か突き抜ける印象はない。
ネギや辛子高菜で味変して、自分好みに調整。
カウンター9席、4人テーブル✖️2席。
