Quail egg was made standard, chewy whites and mostly cooked yolk. Chashu was soft and fatty, a mixed flavour of pork and the chicken soup if soaked in. Noodles don't really deteriote in the soup. Strangest thing is this store gives you free rice too, so you can eat a mouthful and then drink some soup to add more delicious chicken flavour.
