k	keita tsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンよりつけ麺が美味しい。友人がそう言っていたのでつけ麺をオーダーしました。ただ、1番人気はラーメンなのだそうで。まず、味噌も濃く、それ以上にニンニクを始めとしたスパイスが強いスープでした。どちらかというとドロドロ系で麺によく絡みます。美味しいですが、味が濃いために後半飽きてきます。飽きさせないサッパリとしたトッピングか、スープ自体をもう少し薄くすると好みですね。あとはトッピングにちゃんと拘ったほうがいい感じがします。スーパーで売ってるみたいなワカメとメンマとチャーシューなので。空腹時の3口目まではめちゃくちゃ旨い。そんな感じのつけ麺です。 Tsukemen is more delicious than ramen. 青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年2月15日(土)に北海道らぁめんひむろを訪れました。お店の外に食券機があります。お店の造りは1階にL字形のカウンター席があり、2階にテーブル席とカウンター席があり、コンパクトです。 2階の様子は1階のモニターに映っていました。食券機のメニューを見ると北海道各地の地名がつけられた味噌ラーメンがそろっています。客層は老若男女幅広いですが、特に男性が多いです。店内では懐かしいJ-POPが流れていました。札幌味噌らぁ麺を食しました。税込840円です。具材はチャーシュー、メンマ、ワカメ、もやし、ネギなどです。チャーシューはたっぷりと脂身がつきトロけるようであり、メンマはコリコリとして風味が良いです。もやしとネギはシャキシャキとして、ネギの清涼がある辛味も良いです。麺は黄色がかった色合いでちぢれがあり、表面が滑らかでツルツルと喉越しが良く、味わいがあります。スープはまろやかで味わいがあり、味噌の芳醇な風味がします。後味はすっきりとしていました。旨かったです。 We visited Hokkaido Ramen Himura on Saturday, February 15, 2020. ロ	ローレクルー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌つけ麺が食べたくなった時にお邪魔しています。(味噌味のつけ麺を取扱っているお店が意外と少ないので) 無料なのがありがたく、いつも大盛にしています。スープも中華鍋で温めてから提供される為、熱々でいただけます。スープが相当濃いので麺を食べる分にはちょうど良いのですが、スープを飲む時には割りスープを頼んでいます。個人的には炙ってる？少し香ばしい油揚げが秀逸です。 I'm in the way when I want to eat miso tsukemen.
