青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019年10月19日(土)にとんかつ熊さん大宮店を訪れました。お店の造りはカウンター席とテーブル席がありコンパクトです。客は老若男女幅広く、常連客も多いようでした。店内ではテレビがつけられていました。スタミナ味噌ラーメンを食しました。スタミナ味噌ラーメンは税込1200円でした。先に沢庵漬けと茄子が出されました。沢庵漬けはパリパリと良い食感でほんのりと甘く、茄子は良い塩梅です。スタミナ味噌ラーメンの具材はとんかつ、メンマ、もやし、ひき肉、ネギ、半熟玉子などです。とんかつはしっとりとした食感で衣に味わいがあります。半熟玉子は黄身がトロリとして味わいがありました。メンマはやわらかくほのかな甘みがして、ネギはシャキシャキとして清涼な辛味があります。もやしはシャキシャキとしてひき肉はしっとりとして味つけも良いです。スープは味噌の芳醇な風味とともにピリッと辛く、ほのかな甘みも感じました。麺は黄色がかった中太麺でちぢれがあり、もちもちとした食感で歯を入れるとプツリと切れます。けっこうボリュームがあるラーメンでした。大変に旨しかったです。 On Saturday, October 19, 2019, we visited Tonkatsu Bear's Omiya store.
