w	works zucca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年7月16日（木）以前花月があった跡地に気が付いたら「ニューラーメンショップ」ができてた！最近あまり見かけない「ニューラーメンショップ」看板の文字すら懐かしい。 10年以上前に、どこかで食べたのが最後かと。今回はねぎチャーシューメン＠940円のとんこつ醤油を。画像ではわかりにくいけど、チャーシューの下にねぎたっぷり。スープを一口。背脂で非乳化のスープ。懐かしい＆旨い！ベースのスープが結構あっさりなので、そこそこの背脂量だけど、全然重くない。チャーシューは、薄切り大き目。まあ、最近多いレアチャーシューと比べたら残念だけど、このラーメンにはこれで良いかと。 July 16, 2020 (Thursday) When I noticed the former site of Kagetsu, a "New Ramen Shop" was opened! き	きたじまゆうき on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気温35℃にもなろうかという大宮駅から徒歩8分ほどでしょうか? 余りにも暑すぎるので冷やし系の麺類にしようかとも思いましたが、初志貫徹でこちらへ。ラーメンショップ系は凄く好きなんですが、ニューラーメンショップというこの「ニュー」がつく系列には行ったことがありませんでしたので興味を持って訪問。ネギ味噌チャーシュー麺中盛りに半ライスを付けたところで「いや、ラーショ系は米が合わない奴も多々あるな……」と若干の尻込みもありましたが、結論としては何の問題もありませんでした‼︎ 思った以上に味噌が効いてて、一瞬普通の味噌ラーメン感すらあるなと思いましたが多めな背脂の存在か、やはりラーショ系のスープも主張してきます。テーブルにはおろしニンニクとコショーのほかに激辛ニラ、ラーメンだれ、一味などあり味変にも事欠かず。よくよく張り紙を見ると、なんとラーショ系では初めて替え玉100円の文字が‼︎ 思わず頼んでしまい完全に腹パンでした笑スープに沈めたチャーシューで最後は半ライスを頂き、やはり定番のラーメンショップとの違いを随所に感じました。近所にあったら絶対通いますね‼︎ めちゃくちゃ汗を掻きましたが、店内はコロナ対策もされてますし冷房がガンガン効いてて良かったです。きっとまた行くでしょう‼︎ Is it about an 8-minute walk from Omiya Station, where the temperature will reach 35 degrees Celsius?
