魚介系の主張が強いつけ汁、好み分かれるけど大好きなんです。
ノーマルと海老油が、二回賞味できる海老つけ麺がおすすめ。
小盛で750円、あとは並、大、特と100円刻み
お値段と味のバランス考えると、ここら辺が限界のような気もします。
ただ、どの店にも言えるのですが麺の水切りはナンとかならんものか。

最近、血糖値が高いんで小盛り650円を頂くことが多いのですが。
旨いですよ、水切りさえ有れば完璧。

太麺なので茹で時間は８分程度
待ち時間をある程度知れるのは良い。
また、つけ汁をお代わりできるので味変を楽しめるのは何より。
従業員確保に手こずっているのか、客20に対して従業員二人で回してた。
忙しいなか接客もかなり丁寧で、感心が持てた。
味も美味しいしリピート確定！

大好きな六厘舎系か！しかも店構えが綺麗！うまそう！…と自分の中でハードルあげたのが悪かったか…。
つけめんを注文。スープはまぁまぁ…。麺は通常の六厘者系よりやや細い…女性には食べやすいか。
しかし何より残念だったのは、チャーシュー！こんな固くてまずいチャーシュー、今時ただのチェーン店でも出ないっすよ。店員さん女性しかいなかったけど、これ自分たち食べられるのかな。。正直、◯き気を抑えて飲み込みました。これで六厘舎系かと思ったら悲しかった。このチャーシュー、店員さん味把握してます？
あと、細かいところで一人一人のために仕切りがあるのはいいが、色がついているため隣が見えず、座ると水や、スープ割用のピッチャーがどこにあるか最初わからなかった。結局２席で一個のため、隣に入り込んでいると席を立って隣の人に声かけないと取れない。それなりにでかいので、非力の人では取れないのでは…？これ、店員さん把握してます？
私が行った時間帯は、作る人含めて女性しか見えなかったが、あまりにも気配りなさすぎだと思った。
写真だけみたらラーメン自体はうまそうなんですけどね。チャーシューに目をやるともう、見た目で固い！味思い出しちゃうのでもうダメです。2度目はないですね。

Do you know the taste of this char siu and the clerk?
Also, it's nice to have a partition for each person in the details, but I couldn't see the neighbor because it was colored, and when I sat down, I didn't know where the water and the pitcher for soup splitting were. After all, there is only one in two seats, so if you are in the next door, you have to stand up and talk to the next person to get it. It's so big that it can't be taken by a weak person ...? Do you know this, the clerk?
During the time I went, I could only see women, including the creator, but I thought it was too attentive.
If you look only at the pictures, the ramen itself looks good. When you look at the char siu, it looks hard! It's no good because it reminds me of the taste. It's not the second time.

スープ温度低めなのですぐに冷めます。
それ以外は文句なく美味いです。最後につけ汁を割る鰹出汁も優しくて美味い。
薬味は「粗挽き梅」が好みでした。
僕の後に来店された方は「坦々つけ麺」を注文される方が多かったので次回トライしてみます。
★後日、坦々つけ麺を食べてみましたが僕はノーマルの方が好きでした。

I liked the "coarse ground plum" as a condiment.

1. In the shop, you can find tickets machine, choice what you like( Ramen or thukemen)and buy ticket. Cash only.
