★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日ランチで訪問。950円のサーモン丼はただ刺身が５枚乗っただけでお味噌汁もバリバリのインスタント。原価のことなんて普段言わないけど、さすがにこれは酷すぎる。。これならスーパーの刺身買って家で食べました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炙りサーモン漬け卵かけご飯を食べにいきましたが残念ながら夜のみのとことで、サーモンユッケ丼にいくらをトッピングしました。
ご飯に対してサーモンの量が少なく、また、いくらがマスイクラみたいな粒が小さい安めのものだったので、最近の海産物値上がりのことを考えても近隣の競合他店と比べるとコストパフォーマンスは悪い印象を受けます。
味は良かったですが、店員さんがかなり投げやりというか雑な対応だったのと、ネオンピカピカの異様な店内だったので好き嫌いがわかれると思います。

マスコットキャラクター？のクマのランチョンマット（紙製）があったり、グラスにイラストが描かれていて可愛いかったです。
池袋店限定のサーモンユッケ丼とはちみつレモンソーダを注文しました。サーモンユッケ丼は、1,000円のランチとして量が少なく、味も普通で期待ハズレでした。はちみつレモンソーダは、炭酸は強くて良かったですが味が感じられないくらい薄味でした。
オープンして日が浅いのか、店内に入ってからの席の案内、メニュー提供までの時間、お会計が長くかかりました。

1,350円はさすがに高いかなー。８００円くらいで食べられるところがあると思う。
味もかなり濃いめ、味噌汁は味噌がとけていなくてそのまんま味噌。
全体的に映え以外のところを見直したほうがよさげです。

低評価が多いですが、そんなことはなく普通に美味しかったです!塩たたきされたサーモンとレモンがマッチしていてとても美味しいです!
値段の面ですが会社の休憩時間に食べるとかだと高すぎるとなりそうですが、彼女や友人休日等に訪れれば普通のお値段かなって思います。
サイドメニューとか無いのかなって思いましたが、あったらさらに良いな!って言う感じです。
てか店内オシャレすぎる、バーカウンターあるとか店内入る前の予想の斜め上を来たよ笑
後昼間からお酒飲めます!
私はとてもオススメです!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ サーモンの磯焼き天ぷらが1番好みだったー！！サーモン塩たたきも美味しかったし、レアカツも美味しかった！レアカツの明太クリームソースは別皿にしてもらったのですが、ソースだけでもめちゃめちゃ美味しかったです！
また行って、食べれてないメニューを食べなきゃと思います！

名古屋を中心に飲食店を展開するジェイグループホールディングスのサーモンに特化した形態の店舗。
UNDERCOVERやMEDICOM TOYを想起させるクマのキャラクターを用い、店内もネオンやエジソン型の裸電球等で彩られ、インテリアはキャッチーな印象。
この日は「サーモンの韓国ユッケ丼」をチョイスした。1050円也。
ホカホカの白米に韓国海苔、そしてサーモンユッケ、ネギと卵黄が乗っている。
肝心な味はというと、サーモンの旨味が薄く、ユッケソースの風味がメインとなってしまっている。
ユッケにするのだから、脂の少ない身を使っているのだろうが、「サッパリ」した味わいではなく、味が「薄い」という印象。
小ぶりな器のボリューム、味噌汁をインスタントな事等から、全体的な満足度は低め。
ハコはとても興味深いのだが...
ごちそうさまでした。
