とにかく石部店長の対応が素晴らしく、従業員の言葉遣いや歩く姿勢等の接客態度は文句無しの100点でした。
食事の提供ペースも丁度よく、注文した全ての食事に愛を感じられて久々に大変満足させていただきました♪
 The restaurant was quiet due to the influence of the corona, so I enjoyed the meal slowly.
Anyway, the response of the manager Ishibe was excellent, and the customer service attitude such as the wording and walking attitude of the employees was 100 points without complaint.
The pace of serving meals was just right, and I was very satisfied with all the meals I ordered after a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ダイナックです。間違いないです。コロナ禍で池袋西口は撤退しまいました。東口で2店頑張っています。飲むならダイナックがコスパ最高ですよ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナで店員さんが少ないからとは思うが、ホールに人がいる割には来るのが遅い。調理担当が少ないのか？
席は空いてるのに詰めるし（掃除負担軽減）、半分以上温いし、ウリのつくねは特に冷たいくらい。
値段の割に安定した店と思っていたけどとても残念。
I think it's because there aren't many clerk in Corona, but it's late to come because there are people in the hall. Is there a small number of cooks?
Even though the seats are vacant, they are packed (reducing the burden of cleaning), they are more than half warm, and the meatballs of the melon are especially cold.
I thought it was a stable shop for the price, but it's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 池袋西口の魚盛が閉店してしまったので、同グループのこちらで飲むことに。
評価が低い理由はいくつかあります。
まずはアルバイト店員の質の悪さ。
覇気があるわけでもなければ、態度も微妙、こちらがシステムの質問をしても意思疎通できず、結局間違っていて他の方が訂正してくる始末。
オーダーが届くのも遅すぎます。
スピードメニューですらかなり待たされるので、覚悟した方がいいです。(曜日にもよるかと思いますが…。)
お通しはキャベツ。
少量のキャベツに辛味噌が添えられているだけです。工夫もなければ安くもない。
魚盛のお通しがとても美味しかったので期待していたのですが、最近の居酒屋はこんなもんなんですかね…？
全体の価格の印象としては、平均〜少し高めです。
焼鳥と鳥釜飯は美味しいですが、他は普通です。
コスパがいいかといえば、別にそうでもなく、特筆して良かったところも無いので、他のお店でいいかなといった印象でした。
来店して満席と言われた後日、やっと入店できた分期待度が高かったのですが、全体的に残念でした。

The overall price impression is average to a little higher.
Yakitori and chicken kamameshi are delicious, but the others are normal.
Speaking of whether cospa is good, it is not so, and there is nothing special about it, so I had the impression that it would be okay to go to another store.
The day after I came to the store and was told that it was full, I had high expectations because I was finally able to enter the store, but overall it was disappointing.

二階、三階に店があり、三階は主に団体客用。座敷席あり。
飲み放題あり、食事は中々美味しかった！
店員の接客態度も良好。
また行こうと思う。
