土曜日の16時頃に訪問。既客は4名ほど。入店すると左手にある自販機で食券(現金のみ)を購入し、店員さんにお渡し。店員さんは元気で丁寧は接客で安心します。テーブル席が3席、他にカウンターが9席。着席と同時にお水が提供されます。カウンターには、水差しとティッシュがあります。他にコショウと岩塩。フロアの奥にトイレもあります。 今回は、「濃厚ほたてつけ麺(950円)+大盛り(120円)」を冷盛りでオーダーしました。待ち時間は7~8分。 出来上がりには、青海苔の小鉢が付いてきました。こちらは、麺に振りかけて味変を楽しめます。 大盛りも満腹度が高めになる程度の量です。スープの濃厚さと厚みのあるチャーシューで満足度高いボリューム。もちろん、美味しー。この味はオンリーワン。リピート確定。

2021年7月 1年ちょい振りの訪問。 冷たい麺があったので、迷わずぽちっと。 ホタテのミルキー冷やしそば@980円 並盛と中盛りが選べるスタイル。 出てきてビビった!並盛だけど、麺量がやばい。 スープはクリーミーだけど、粘度低めでサラッとしている。 ホタテがばっちり効いていて旨い! 途中、載っている食べるラー油を溶かすとピリッとして尚旨し。 ただ、麺が多すぎる。 これ中盛りと間違えられてるんじゃないかなー 2020年4月 前回は濃厚ホタテだったので、 今回は淡麗ホタテそば@880円 お!個人的には淡麗がちょうどよい! ていうか、淡麗とはいえ、結構なホタテ感だ! 今度からは淡麗だな! でも、つけ麺はもしかしたら濃厚のが美味しいかも!? とりあえず次回は、つけ麺を♪ 2020年1月 池袋にあるホタテなラーメン屋。 濃厚ホタテそば@900円 トッピング 味玉@100円、たまねぎ@70円 かなり濃厚で粘度高め。 スープ一口でホタテ!!! 歳のせいかちときつく後半飽きてくる。 ただ、たまねぎと、大根と柚の皮でよい感じ。 それでも歳には勝てないな(笑) チャーシューは、厚目の炙り。 次は、淡麗ホタテを!

ハマグリほどの貝っぽさはないが、スープを口に入れた時にホタテの風味がくる。 チャーシューがかなり美味し!日替りの丼も良き。 ラーメンの麺はつけ麺と同じで、量もつけ麺と同じ基準と思われるので注意。 平日ランチ、店員さん2人で忙しそうでしたが接客も良く、また行きたいお店。

良厳。頂いた淡麗ホタテそばの評価になります。ホタテの甘さは伝わるスープですがラーメンとしては旨味が足らないので具材の味付け頼りで食べている感じです。 淡麗なら王道ですがホタテの干し貝柱特有の旨味成分を足した方が満足できると思うけど。 追って。ラーメンの提供が早いのはとても素晴らしい。

平日のお昼過ぎにお邪魔しました! 15時くらいでしたが店内は7割ほどお客さんが、入れ替わりで途絶えることなくお客さんが入店していたので人気店なのが伺えます。 今回注文したのは、 ・ホタテそば大盛り+味玉 1,000円 どのお店でも基本大盛りを頼んでしまう癖で今回も大盛りに。 ここの大盛りは他のお店より量がかなりあります!器がそもそも違ったので、食べ終わるとかなりの満腹感です! ホタテラーメンという新しいジャンルでしたが、スープは濃厚でもちもちの中太麺によくからみ、玉ねぎと大根が後味をあっさりとしてくれています! ボリュームはありましたが余裕の完食! とても美味しかったです!またお邪魔します!

【2108訪問】 本郷三丁目にあったヌードルサウンズからの独立店。残念ながらヌードルサウンズさんは閉店のようですがこちらは健在。調べたら冷やし中華があるようなので平日14時過ぎに訪問。空席ありでした。 お目当ての冷やし中華を食券機で購入し店員さんに渡すと並中大から麺量を選ぶよう言われます。ラーメンとつけ麺どっち基準か分からず並にしました。ワンオペのため待つこと15分ほどで着丼。今年から麺と具材は別皿提供になった模様です。 麺丼には全粒粉入りの中太ストレート麺に玉ねぎ/もやしとごま入りのタレがしっかり。具材のお皿には角切りチャーシュー/ワカメ/錦糸玉子/トマト/きゅうり/味玉半分に和辛子とカットレモンが添えられています。まずは麺丼を混ぜて啜るとプリプリの麺に玉ねぎの絶妙な辛味と甘酸っぱいタレがよく絡みとても美味しい。続けて具材を投入し諸々食べてみる。チャーシューは切り置きなのかパサついているものがあり、きゅうりは麺に比べて太いのでちと食べづらくややガッカリ。途中で辛子とレモンを入れ味変して完食。恐らく麺量はつけ麺基準のようで並でもボリューム満点で大満足でした。ワンオペなので仕方ないと思いますがチャーシューを都度調理で食べられたら抜群の冷やし中華だと思います。 Cold noodles with sweet and sour soy sauce and onions are very tasty.The ingredients are the same as those used in ordinary cold Chinese noodles.I was disappointed that the chashu was a little dry.

濃厚ホタテつけ麺と濃厚ホタテラーメンを食べました。 ホタテとありますが、刺身や寿司で食べるホタテの味がそのままガツンとくるわけではなかった。 とてもまろやかなポタージュ系スープになんとなくホタテを感じる程度。でもそれは関係なくスープもつけ汁もおいしいです。 つけ麺は思った以上に麺のボリュームあり、全粒粉麺もおいしいです。つけ汁もそのままのんでもうまし。炙りチャーシューも結構デカイ。並でお腹いっぱいになりました ラーメンも美味しかったです。
