★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent food though slightly on the pricey side. They are popular for their udon and true enough, the udon is indeed better than their soba! A tenzaru soba/udon (without set) cost about SGD $16 and those with sets cost about SGD $22. If given a choice, will not visit again.

They have a silly rule about everyone required to get one entree each, no sharing allowed.
I came with a party of 13, and in Taiwanese cuisine, we share food so everyone can try. Guess not here at this restaurant, but just this one in the area. All the other restaurants did not have this rule.
Gave us a hard time since there was a language barrier; did not exactly feel welcomed.
Pass this place up.
Cute Happa waitress though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food looked exactly like the plastic food displayed. Everything was perfect, good portion, tasty and fresh. The price was very reasonable. I was a good meal before a big day trip. I totally recommend the bento boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was tasty and yes, exactly as it was diaplayed outside their store. It's quite pricey though but the staff are nice. No wifi and sockets for charging, in case you're looking for it.
