★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの対応が悪い。４５００円のペンを二本買うと店員さんに言って、新しいのを持ってきました。ここまでは大丈夫ですが、店員が勝手に簡単にチェックして、箱に入れました。９０００円も払った私はチェックする権利ぐらいはあるだろう?分店の教育不足かどうかは分かりませんが、とりあえず次は神戸にあるナガサワ文具センターに行ってみます。

Itoya110シリーズの製品も買いましたが、固い物と一緒に置いてないのに、三日目で塗装が剥げました。ありえない。一つ星にしました。もう伊東屋の製品買いません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京都にも伊藤屋が出来たと喜び勤しんで出向いてみたものの、あまりにも規模の小さな店舗にガッカリ。銀座の店舗を期待した此方が悪かった。態々行く価値はゼロ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜歡這家文具店的設計質感，跟產品風格。特別是它們的自有品牌 ITOYA Helvetica 的筆，有種簡單、低調、但不流於俗套的風格，應該是黃銅做的，拿起來剛好，沒有想像中的沉重，卻帶有細緻的設計感。特別是他們的四用筆，市面上少有四用筆做到這麼"細緻"的。還沒機會去伊東屋的東京本店走走，這次經過京都，就順便來逛逛。百貨公司的頂樓，產品不算多樣，該有的都有。這次也發現這邊有 rOtring 的全系列自動鉛筆跟原子筆，還有商標上標註只有這邊才有的，日本限定的 800系列原子筆。驚喜的發現！觀光客還有退稅的優惠。rOtring 是我小時候讀書時，工程師的專業奢侈品牌，現在價格親民多了。

一万円のボールペンを買いました。
書くだけなら100円で手に入るものをわざわざ一万円出す｢価値｣を、客は求めているわけです。
また、同商品はネットで手に入ります。名入れもしてくれます。それをわざわざ対面で買いに行くのは、こちらにない知識や視点からのアドバイスがほしいからです。
そうした、100円でも買えるものに一万円も出して、店舗にわざわざ客は何を求めて来ているのか、どんな価値を提供すべきか、まるっきり理解しておられないようにお見受けします。
本当にガッカリです。どういう雇用形態で働かれているのか知りませんが、専門性や仕事への誇りをお持ちのようにはまったく思えません。一切の質問や会話を拒む空気。Twitterで醸し出されている気さくさはまったくのフェイクです。
お客様は神様と申すつもりは毛頭ありませんが、高額商品なんですから、最低限の接客スキルくらいは持っておいてほしいです。

店員さんもとっても丁寧に対応してくださいます。
が、ある高級万年筆コーナー担当のお姉さんはどうにもツンツンと冷淡な対応をされるので残念。
良いペンを買っても何だかモヤモヤしちゃうのです…
